I purchased because my local tv provider box was not living up to the speed I am paying for. Immediately after switching to this box My speed drastically increased!

I had a modem router combo but had to buy a modem to connect to a more powerful stand alone router and the Arris has worked very well and super simple to set up.

Easy setup and installation. Set this up instead of expensive Comcast modem. Works awesome. Paired it with a google Wifi kit and works perfect. FYI. Only one Ethernet port.

Why pay leasing fees to your internet provider for a modem? My mother has been paying almost $15 a month for more than 10 years. When we called the customer service to cancel paying the leasing fee, she said the “benefit is that if it breaks, just bring it in and they’ll give a new one”. That’s crazy. Buying one of these SAVES money. And if it does break, just buy a new one! As far as the product, this works as advertised. If you’re a gamer or need more data, you might want to get something more powerful. But for the everyday movie streamer, this works perfectly.

This is just what we needed for our two person, one story home. Plenty of power. Haven't had problems with buffering since we bought it.

I purchased this modem because I didn't want to pay Cox Cable monthly rental fees. This little gadget has been on 24/7 for several months now, and it's worked flawlessly!

Compared to my old Netgear modem this is the best one yet. Modem is very fast and it produces great quality in service. I have the 300mbs from Cox and you can tell the difference in speed.

Needed a Doc 2 modem to keep up providers requirements and wasn’t interested in renting modem from provider (hug rip off). Found on sale three months ago and installed myself, easy as can be.

not a techie but i bought this along with a eero 6 three pack and have had no issues with internet connections, no buffering, very pleased

We’ve had this for more than two years now and had zero issues with connectivity. Any issues have been on the ISP side.

It was difficult only because Comcast made it so difficult. Ince we got the right rep it was easy. Increased my speed immensely from when I used the old Comcast modem.

My old Modem was making my connection to the internet hit or miss to say the least. I thought it was my computer or software. My E Mail kept locking down. I replaced the modem and a new Router and the problems have seem to go away. Also it has cut down on my calls to the Geek Squad.

Finally upgraded my modem and router after many years, wish I would have done so sooner!

very high speeds with this top notch modem, i was only getting 70mb on cableone 100 and now i get 115-116mb all the time. i had no idea it was the modem quality making a difference till i tried it

Was tired of renting a modem and really not knowing if it was the best and most updated modem in the market. This modem can handle considerably more work than my rented modem.

This modem can easily handle up to 32 devices and with Xfinity it is definitely the fastest internet I pay for 250mbs and I am getting 235mbs with 20 devices connected using the Orbi router

Had to upgrade and, after doing the usual research, decided to buy this modem. Best choice and since have recommended to friends and they love it too.

Easy to setup. Works on WOW 500Mbs service. I get between 480Mbs and 1.2Gbs depending on the time of day (network congestion). This is the only modem recommended by WOW for the really high speeds

It only does one thing (grab an internet signal off the cable), but it does so quite reliably.
