This modem was very easy to set up when the cable guy came to run the lines and hook it up. Thing I love most about it is that it is very future proof with speeds that could be coming to my area.

Our modem is typically on 24/7 so they really only survive about three years. It makes sense to get the geek squad replacement plan. This modem is a beast and works well. No issues at all.

As soon as I set it up I was receiving the speeds I was supposed to be. Blazing fast and connects to all my equipment in my 3000 sq/ft home in all rooms on all devices with no problems.

Lowered my cable bill by $14 a month by purchasing this to replace rental from cable company. Well worth it, and much faster. Will pay for itself in no time.

Good product. Bought it after my previous cable modem kept giving me fits. Configuration was pretty easy, called my cable company to add the device then it needed ~20 min to pull the service-provider specific config. Rock solid since.

I bought this Arris modem after I noticed Xfinity was charging me $13 per month to use their modem. I paired it with a Netgear Nighthawk AC3000 router and am very pleased.

I set this up and I am not tech savy. We got rid of terrible one supplied by comcast and now just use this. Comcast had to do a reset and it is great now! No issues. Wish we did this years ago!!

This modem was super easy to set up. Pretty much plug and play. Called cable company they recognized it and all was working well. Internet speed really increased with this routher.

This is the second surfboard I've owned and I love the gateway but we purchased a router for better speeds. Great purchase

I really love the Speed of this ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 White Cable Modem! Much faster speeds than my last ARRIS -- SURFboard Modem that I bought over three years ago.

My cable company said I need to upgrade my modem so I bought this one. I have not experienced any problems or issues, therefore it has met my expectations.

Stepped up my Arris Surfboard with this new unit. This unit has much more speed and capacity, I would recommend to anyone needing a great streaming and surfing modem.

This is the second modem of this model that I have bought, and both have been fantastic. I only bought this one recently because my original one was struck by lightning and had to be replaced.

Great modem easy to set up. Only issue is when the lights are lit up correctly (green, blue, blue, green) the blue lights make the green ones look white.

Good low cost router. Easy to install, way better than cable companies junk. Have not lost signal or had to reboot . Old equipment we would constantly loose WiFi to our new Samsung refrigerator, works perfect now. Download and upload speeds are much faster too

As cable companies charge a lease over their cable modem, it is better you buy one. This Arris does the job for me, awesome. It is very easy to set-up and use.

This is my 3rd motorola modem and they’ve lasted me for years!

The product is clean looking for the desktop easy to install and set-up. Product rating was great and referred to me. Now if I could just get the cable company to deliver on thier promise.
