What can I say? Take it out of the box, hook up the cables, plug it in, have the ISP guys register the MAC address - Boom, it works.

Increased internet bandwidth caused the need for a more robust modem. No issues this far. Pulling in 400-500mbs no problem.

After doing a lot of research online, I found the deepest reviews recommending this one. After using it for more than six months with Xfinity, I am very happy not to experience the evening slowdowns you get with other modems that don't support as many channels as this one. When you have only 4 channels for download and 4 for upload, you are getting choked by all the other cable internet users (up to 500 customers) in your local group. This puppy has 32 channels down and 8 up, and you really notice the difference. The statistics also show that this modem has few hardware failures, unlike the cheap junk.

This unit is a rocketship for the internet. Not only did I get one, but I put one in my parent's house for when I visit them. Daddy needs his fast internet speeds.

When I called Comcast to hook up the new modem I gave the model number to the agent and he said "oh that's a good one." It's functioned great with no problems!!!

Best modem I could purchase for the money. Previously owned a modem/router combo but I had a lot of connectivity issues. Flawless connection and internet speeds with this modem.

The pairing of the Arris modem and Orbi router for my wifi system was a great idea. The system is fast, coverage is amazing and there is never a hiccup. Great setup!!!

Our old Arris Surfboard modem died after a few years. Definitely less expensive than renting from Spectrum. This one does not have a router, but is an inexpensive option that easily got us back online.

No issues since I purchased and easy setup. Store sales people were very helpful.

Upgraded from a previous 100MB to this speed demon. So far, so good. I don't expect to have to buy another router until somebody comes up with terabyte speeds.

No more throwing out money by renting it from Xfinity now I own my own and can use it with any cable provider. Never had an issue with this modem.
