    I have Cox for my wifi and this device has worked flawlessly since purchase. I had to call Cox to complete installation, but that is to be expected. Works great.

    got this modem and a router so I don't have to pay the cable company. I just connected it, called the cable company and gave them the mac id and that was it. easy install.

    Upgraded my cable Internet service and had to upgrade the modem. It installed easily and gives me 200Mbps+ speed. Can't complain about anything. Great if you need it.

    The Arris SurfBoard replaced a NetGear modem I had just purchased which turned out to be glitchy. The Arris has been great to date. Easy to set up and no issues.

    This was easy to install. You'll have to call the cable provider, and work with them for configuring the device though. Happy with the purchase

    I purchased this cable modem in November 2016 in anticipation of acquiring cable internet. The modem was easy to set up and coordinate with my Internet provider. The online resources from Arris we excellent and easy to navigate. I recommend this cable modem.
