Small and easy to connect. Works great with my router.

With COVID - the demands on my home internet skyrocketed. The 7 year cable modem hit the limits and was time for the big upgrade. Didnt think I needed to get a DOCSIS 3.1 for the added $100 - so went this this as it was an upgrade to what I had (ARRIS). Works great

My internet provider said to get a faster modem to get the most out of my service. The associate at Best Buy was very helpful in reguards to answering any questions I had. The new modem made a world of difference in my speed and we haven’t had any connection issues. I bought the service plan because it so reasonably priced.

Bought this for a client whose Spectrum-supplied modem/router was misbehaving; plugged it into an eero 3-pack and it works beautifully all over the house. I've had this same model in my own home for over five years; it's not DOCSIS 3.1* but it's very reliable and delivers the highest speed our cable company can supply. As a side benefit, this modem will pay for itself in about 6 months' worth of rental fees. *(The newer DOCSIS 3.1 standard is potentially much faster than 3.0, but only if your local cable company is up to it. My client's old modem was 3.1, but since service in our area isn't exactly spectacular, this modem delivers equal or better speeds. Your local conditions may vary.)

My equipment was aging (router was 5 yrs old / cable modem, etc.) so it was time to upgrade to something better/faster. I have been pleased with this cable modem so far - it is compact and BRIGHT (lights) but hidden behind other equipment it's not intrusive. My high-speed Comcast connection now services my devices with more efficiency.

Works well. Easy to setup and use. Much better than the 8 year old one it replaced.

My speed seems to have tripled since I purchased this modem. And I haven't even purchased a new router yet! Thank you for an excellent quality product. I would recommend this. It's perfect for me working from home. Very efficient and simple to set up.

Once again I finally get to say take that Comcast $10 a month to rent an awful modem from them. This modem has increased my speed and reliability I stream much faster through the internet. great because it's already next-generation technology so when they improve on the internet speeds I'm ready for it with this device highly recommend

This is a great modem! Easy setup and fast speeds with a capable cable plan. Only wish there was a way to schedule the indicator lights, off is great at night but troubleshooting becomes a hassle if something goes wrong.

This is a great modem for the money. After connecting it to the internet cable, I called Fidelity and within 30 minutes they had it connected. I use it in conjunction with a Netgear Nighthawk X6 router. We have 9 devices connected to it and no problems. I have had it for 1 month and haven't had to reboot any.

I had been using a cable modem I purchased from the cable company for over 5 years. I wanted to upgrade all my equipment so that I could start receiving 1Gbps internet download speed. This cable modem was purchased as well as a new wi-fi router (from Best Buy of course). I am very pleased with the results.

Made this purchase to replace the modem from the internet company, which was $15 a month. I paired it with the TP-link routers and it works perfectly! Excellent strength and strong signal throughout the whole house, front yard l, back yard and then some. Would definitely recommend this product and the savings every month

Buy this surfboard and save atleast 15$/mo plus taxes from your internet service provider. Most companies will charge you to rent their equipment but this unit is fast, reliable and a great value. You'll recoup your investment in the first few months!

This is one of the better modems that I have come across. I had a modem router combo before and always had problems with my connection. I opted to separate the two and try out this modem. I cannot be more pleased with the results and reliability. This Arris modem really delivers for my set up and would recommend it as a must buy.

Low price and performs just like the expensive ones.

Great replacement of my Xfinity modem with faster results. Happy I dont have to play a monthly anymore and get the bonus of a better unit. Set-up was easy as I just swapped connections over. Hardest part was dealing with Xfinity on the phone call to add it.
