This is so easy to setup and works great.
I was using an Arris that was from my internet company but it was outdated. I decided to stay with Arris because I never really had any problems with the old one so I figured it would be best to stick with a product that I know works.

Needed a new cable modem to connect yo new eero wifi home network. Very easy to install and configure. Most difficult part was waiting on hold for internet provider. Love small size. Barely visible. Big improvement in performance and appearance.

I am quite technologically stunted and this modem from day one was simple to install and set up. I purchased this with the router and no monthly service cost to rent any longer. No brainer. Has not gone offline or had to be reset like my past rented units and I've had it running for a good while now.

I bought it cause it was compatible with spectrum but the fact it has 32 channels makes it great cause it can support up to 300mbs in case you want to upgrade your plan with spectrum then you won’t have to buy another modem. It’s really fast and provides robust signal. Easy to install

I bought this modem with the recommendation of an employee at my local Best Buy. It was easy to set up (okay, I had some problems with Comcast, but that was their fault for not activating it properly, nothing to do with modem) and has worked without problems or speed reductions since it was installed.

We had the Spectrum issue router & modem. Our internet kept going in and out daily. Had the Spectrum tech at our house twice to fix the issue. We have a very tech functional home. Most light switches, pool equipment, garage doors, security cameras, thermostat and irrigation system all hooked up to our internet. The Spectrum modem and router could not handle the amount of devises in our home so we purchased this modem along with the NETGEAR - AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 Router on the advise of the sales consultant at Best Buy. Our issues were solved! Everything works perfect and the the internet does not drop.

The modem looks great and is easy to setup. Very compact.
The only problem is that although Optimum uses an Arris modem the model number must be compatible with Optimum. I was very disappointed when I was told that this model number of Arris is unable to be used with Optimum. It needs to be Arris model
TM1602. I did purchase the correct model and it doesn't look as good as this one.

Purchased this to upgrade from an SB6141. The unit runs warm but not hot and is reliable. Easy setup with my ISP. No Activity indicator light which is what I wanted. Supports both IPv4 and IPv6 as does the SB6141. No complaints with this unit over the past month.

This is fast and compact modem. Works great with comcast. Just call them and give the info and you will up and running at full speed. I have the 100 Mb download plan and I am seeing 120Mb. It is rated for 1.4Gb download speed.
The lights on the front are bright so place it where this will not be an issue.

Found this was the best price for the modem. After my zoom modem died I wanted an upgrade without spending a fortune and this fit the bill as they say. I've been happy with it so far, no problems not even getting it approved on my Comcast account.

This is a great modem, reasonably priced, and easy to understand. A lot of modems have extra lights than you don't need. This has 4 lights, power, download, upload, and internet. You can tell just by a glance which isn't working. I currently don't need a 1G modem, but this will be the one I use when that time comes.

After reading the reviews on this product, I went to Best Buy and spoke to a sales associate to confirm that this modem was the best choice for my present needs and also have features to meet future speeds. It was very easy to setup and sync with my Google net WiFi router. I highly recommend this modem.

Recent storm took out both modem and router. My old Surfboard modem always did a good job, so I got the next model up for better future connectivity. Also has 2 yr. warranty vs. 1 yr. on Netgear model I looked at. And best of all, Best Buy gave me a 15% discount for my old modem and recycled it!

This brand/device was an unexpected recommendation but installation, set up and rolling within 15 minutes easy. Priced a little higher than expected but within reason ($10-15 off expectation). Has worked flawlessly over first month.
Bye bye Comcast. Thanks Best Buy

I was in need of replacing an old modem that was over 5 years old. After doing the research I decided on this model as it fit my needs. I am very pleased with this purchase! This modem has increased our speed and is able to handle the multiple devices in our household. I recommend it.

Excellent replacement for older Arris CM820A

Replaced an Arris CM820A that I bought in 2014 and finally wore out today. Noticed download speeds on SpeedTest getting slower every few days and rebooting the CM820A would "fix it" back to ~250 Mbps for a while. Even after resetting today it wouldn't get past 8 Mbps.
This is on Spectrum's approved list up to 500 Mbps (I'm on the 300 Mbps plan). Getting it elsewhere was $9 less but I had to wait a day for shipping. Local BB store had it in stock and within the hour I was not only up and running but at over 350 Mbps!
Well worth the extra few bucks of saving me time and hassle.

The modem had a coax and power cable included in the box. I went to setup it was a smooth setup. I have Comcast as a provider so activation was seamless. I performed direct connected speed test and I got the full speeds I am paying for (250 mbps) the modem has been running 3 months so far without any troubles.
