The modem had a coax and power cable included in the box. I went to setup it was a smooth setup. I have Comcast as a provider so activation was seamless. I performed direct connected speed test and I got the full speeds I am paying for (250 mbps) the modem has been running 3 months so far without any troubles.

I have my downloading internet speed is over 260 mbps and 25 for uploading. The modem works best with higher speed. My home phone and TV cables are connected via this modem, and I never had an breakdowns or buffering sign. I am very with my decision to buy this modem. I would recommend this to a friend.

Excellent replacement for older Arris CM820A

Replaced an Arris CM820A that I bought in 2014 and finally wore out today. Noticed download speeds on SpeedTest getting slower every few days and rebooting the CM820A would "fix it" back to ~250 Mbps for a while. Even after resetting today it wouldn't get past 8 Mbps. This is on Spectrum's approved list up to 500 Mbps (I'm on the 300 Mbps plan). Getting it elsewhere was $9 less but I had to wait a day for shipping. Local BB store had it in stock and within the hour I was not only up and running but at over 350 Mbps! Well worth the extra few bucks of saving me time and hassle.

Bought this when Comcast suddenly began charging a monthly fee for their old modem. It was extremely easy to set up. Just plugged it in, Comcast detected it and set me to their website. Just a few clicks and I didn't even have to talk to a tech. Added bonus, this new modem increased my download speeds by 13%.

Works fine. Easy to setup. Saving money by buying and not renting from cable company. Make sure modem is compatible and can handle the speed you need. This works fine for my 600 mbps line.

I have been using this modem for several months to replace another ARRIS modem for greater speed. This modem is very fast; it can handle any task you can throw at it. Very reliable: No dropped connections, No freeze ups. A top quality item. I just don't like the white color; would have preferred black.

Chose it because it's compatible with Comcast / XFinity. Works well, and is considerably less expensive than renting equipment from Comcast. Greatest hurdle was getting Comcast customer service to update my account to recognize the new equipment. That's Comcast's issue, not an Arris issue.

Decided to buy now that Xfinity is charging $14 a month for cable modem rental! It was easily setup when I called into Xfinity. Amazing speeds. Connect with a Google WiFi. Excellent small compact six with areas on the side for ease of mounting if need be.

We purchased this modem to replace the one the cable company sent to us. It works so much better. We finally have the speeds that we have been paying for and we haven't experienced any glitches since we installed it. Hopefully this is the end of "resetting" the modem and router every day to get it to work.

Just upgraded from an older Modem. I get upload speeds of about 118mbps using speed test and xfinity speed test. If you have phone service thru xfinity it may be a pain to set up since this does not allow for a phone hook up. Comcast stated if you have phone service you must have a modem that allows for phone hook up. After about 45mintues, they changed their mind and let me use the modem. Works great ever since

I bought this alone with the Linkeyes mesh system . I finally have much faster and broader WiFi . I have a small house but a 7600 sq ft yard, the WiFi after buying the mesh system as well goes all the way to the back yard . Two minutes to get working . Easy !

So glad I purchased this and ditched the modem that Cox gave me. Payed itself off in less than 6 months. Simple to use and diagnose. Gives me better throughput than what I had before. Couple with a Nest Wi-Fi mesh system.

I purchased this modem to have to stop paying Optimum $10 month to rent their modem. I have Optimum 400 speed no phone. Called Optimum to setup and works great. Modem is very small and compact compared to the Optimum modems they use.

My connection is so fast now. It was easy to install, then all I had to do was call my cable company to give them the serial # to activate it. I also upgraded my downloads per second to the highest now that I have a modem that can handle that speed. So make sure you do the same. Highly recommended!

Got this - and 32 channels downstream is WELL WORTH the price tag on this modem. I have not had a single problem yet and I have a 2800 sf two story "smart device" riddled home. This is fantastic. Pair it with a whole-home Wi-Fi router and it's all of your electronic streaming web access dreams come true.

If you're still not a fan of paying a monthly charge for something that's never yours, a privately-owned modem is the way to go. This one gets the job done, with good speeds and notifications. You get your equal money's worth after Year 1, in hopes it'll go strong for 2-3 (don't expect life beyond 3 years on these things). Compact enough to tuck away -- just wish it had a light-dimming control, as they shine big time!

Modem was pretty easy to set up. Took call to the helpline to synch to the Suddenlink system, but they were great. Good speed to connect to my mesh wifi and allows me to get rid of all of my cable equipment (using Roku). No problems at all.

I bought this to replace my netgear one that took a hit with a power surge (yes, even on a power strip). Read all the info on the box and gave it a try. Setup was simple and quick. Modem has been working flawlessly. There is probably better out there for a higher price, but this on suits me just fine.
