The modem was to replace the big rental from Xfinity. Very slim design, fast speeds and easy setup makes this modem a great choice. Spent a little time getting it authorized but I was up and running in no time. Using this with the Norton Core WiFi modem and it works great.

Great cable modem. The Cox cable guy hooked it up when installing the fiber optic converter outside the house, and he said this was a great modem - fast and no problems typically during lifetime. Consistently getting above 300 MB/s download speed (with 300 MB/s service).

My first model like this died on me after 5 years worked very well. I purchased the new upgraded version works well and fast.

Love the speed and connection we get with this modem. We had to call our internet provider to make the switch from the old one. I especially love the smaller size. Doesn't take up near the room the old ones did. And I like the white color and the weight is much lighter.

Bought this to replace our modem after a lightning strike took out the old Arris SB6121. Seems Faster that the older Arris. Of course it should be based on the side by side comparisons. Works great and easy to set-up. I shopped at Best Buy, Office Depot, Sam's & Costco. Bestbuuy had the best deal.

Had to update my modem due to slowness & dropping out issues. This modem was a great replacement, no longer having issues with dropping out or slowness. Internet light on modem stays on all the time & never blinks in & out like my old one. Would recommend to anyone who's looking a good reliable modem.

This modem works great and is much faster than the previous 2.0 modem I had. It was an easy set up as all you need to do is plug it in and then contact your cable provider to get it activated on their system. I would recommend if you are streaming TV or have a lot of wireless devices in your home.

Purchased this unit as it fit my budget for a new modem and had good reviews. Installed on Spectrum and works perfect. Improved my Internet speed substantially from what spectrums modem was giving me.. Great product to date and a reasonable price.

This router is a very fast and reliable component to my home network. Just connect your cable, plug it in, connect your LAN cable, then call your Internet Service Provider. Your system will be up and running in five to ten minutes. This is a very fast, easy and pain free install.

This device gives you great speed and removes this whole Wireless overhead from the cable company provided. Setup was easy. Just called Comcast and asked for “Modem Activation” and “Re-provision” to get the full speed. Make sure to have the device MAC address which is on the box.

I bought the Arris surfboard to replace an aging Netgear modem. While my old Netgear modem could get speeds of over 600, the new Arris gives me up to almost 1 gig with more channels. So far the new Arris is working fine. Contacting my cable company to set up the new modem went well, with only a few glitches having nothing to do with the modem.

This is a very easy to set up cable modem. The modem was up and running in no time on the Xfinity network. This modem works extremely well with our wireless router. Having as many as 5 or more devices connected at the same time while also streaming, we have not experienced delays.

Very easy to set up and fully compatible with my service provider. The modem is great for service plans from 100~500 Mbps download rates. Test shows my data rates reaching the upper limits of my plan.

This cable modem is very fast and steady. It was a great upgrade from the previous ARRIS modem. I highly recommend for folks who want to enter the giga bps arena.

Works great. Good speeds. It’s a really good mid range product. There are some that are better on speeds but for the price it’s perfect. I use it with xfinity and the eero mesh wifi system. I’m easily over 150mbps .

This unit runs a bit hotter than it should and has an extremely slow/long boot time. Speeds perform as advertised and I actually eek out a bit more than the promised ISP on speeds. Overall pretty simple unit if I was not running it in a temperature controlled environment (62 degrees F) I may be concerned about unit lifetime.

A cable modem, in general, isn't flashy but this modem is great. We upgraded to 600mbps internet service and this works great. Plug and play. Our internet service works great. An immense improvement over a rented modem.

After some internal trouble shooting of my spotty network connection I discovered the problem was my old modem. I've always purchased my modems and not rented from my ISP and this ARRIS reaffirmed for me that was a smart choice. This thing has been rock solid and blazing fast, highly recommended.

If you game and have other wifi users in the house this is a great modem to have. We've had it about 2 months now and haven't had any decline in speed or issues with connection. Easy to read icons in the dark are a plus. Would recommend for a stable connection and multiple users.
