Easy to install and fast download for movies and music

I’ve had this modem for 2 years now, and it’s still going strong. Works well, no issues so far

Moved out and gave the old roommate the modem. I've never had a problem out of the surfboard series and I needed the upgrade. Got the 6190 and I pay for 150mbps. Pulls 177 down and my standard 26 up. Paired with a netgear nighthawk x4 router I have zero issues.

Sturdy and has never let me down. Had the previous model for about 7 years or so. Just bought a second model this year.

Oh what a fantastic modem. I went to Best buy and they treated me with respect and courtesy and professionalism and treated me with honor being that I'm a disabled American US Army veteran. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and even the manager came over to assist and talk to me and appreciated my business and service to country.

Much smaller than Comcast's unit and no rental. Rated for higher speeds than Comcast currently offers. The online automated setup page used by Comcast meant I didn't even have to call.

With this modem I get faster speeds than the internet provider actually offers. I get 200mbps through my package and I often see speeds above that. With the provider modem I was actually getting a fraction of the promised speeds. Don't pay for the carrier modem and get less speed. Buy this one!

Was affordable. Is very fast. Now that I am not paying cable modem rental fee to Comcast, this Arris Surfboard SB6190 modem is going to pay for itself in about 6 months. Plus, it allows me to stop paying $65 per month to Comcast for Voice Service. I should have done this years ago.

Haven't has any issues yet. Using it with an ASUS router that's about 6-7 years old. Best Buy employee recommended this modem over any modem/router combo and I'm stoked with it's performance.

This I great modem I'd recommend it. I bought the motorola 3.0 surfboard extreme when it first came out and was impressed buy it so went out and bought this bad boy 1.4 Gb of download speeds at the time I purchased this it was the fastest modem on the shelf...love it

I needed a new modem to replace the one from Mediacom which was giving me daily problems. I was prepared to buy one for almost twice the price but the sales assistant convinced me that this was what I needed based on my level of service from my ISP and how we use the internet in my home. Paired with my new eero mesh router this is the best internet service we have had in many years. Plus it is saving me $10 a month in modem rental. Great product and great customer service!

So far so good! We decided to buy our own modem instead of renting one from the cable companies and never knowing if we actually got a quality one or not! This is much smaller in size than the cable companies and is working with our Orbi system wondrfully! Thrilled!

Does what it’s supposed to. No complaints, setup with my isp over the phone

I never expected this brand of modem will work exceedingly well. It took a while for my cable company to make it work. This has to do with the firmware version update. I now have very solid connection and strong bandwidth at home. I pair this modem with 2 google mesh WiFi. In my next purchase, I will consider this brand again.

Set it up and haven’t touched it. Haven’t lost connectivity since purchased. Looks nice too

Great bang-for-the-buck cable modem! The Mrs. is now very content after experiencing too many outages with our previous modem.

So why did they make this modem in white? It stands out in my cabinet especially with it’s blue status light glowing brightly. Would have liked to have a black case to match router and network drive. Other than that it simply works with my 100Mb service.
