I was renting a modem from the internet provider and decided to change and purchase this modem. Upgrading to this modem has increased speed and connectivity. Very happy with it.

Great cable modem. The fastest one (I believe) that Charter (Spectrum) allows on its network in our area until they start allowing DOCSIS 3.1 modems. No issues, easy to connect and provision. Highly recommended.

I replaced my ISP's router with the Arris Surfboard and eliminated my monthly fee from my ISP. The Arris is also much smaller and fits inside of my network closet much better. Setup was easy.

This modem did everything I had hoped it would do and was the least expensive Comcast Xfinity approved option... worked great right out of box and just be sure to follow activation process detailed on Xfinity support pages.

Been using for a couple of weeks now, no issues and no complaints. My other modem died and I needed something that could do at least gigabit speeds...this little guy fit the bill and the price was ok.

The performance of your modem and router will only be as good as your providers Internet service ; but maximize performance and plan for the future . Spend the few dollars more for this modem as opposed to less expensive modems .

Works Well with Cox internet. Easy to setup. Must register with Cox to work.

This is a solid cable modem compatible with most major providers like Spectrum. It handles fast internet download speeds for home use like 100mbps offered by Spectrum without issue. It does not seem to run hot either.

Works great and very reliable. I use it with my Suddenlink ISP. I have switched my internet speeds from 400 MBPS to 1 GBPS and the modem has performed great.

I purchased this rather than renting from the cable company. It's been great so far, it handles my current speed without issue (100mps down, 6mps up) and is recognized by the cable company so no issues setting it up.

I always use the Surfboard modems instead of the garbage that Comcast tries to make you rent. This new model is no exception. Great product!!! Very fast and plays well with any networking product i have in a typical system.

This modem is just the best. Blazing fast internet speed (as long as you have a fast internet subscription from your cable company....no modem can take a slow input speed and make it faster!) No problems with this at all. Love it!

Was easy to setup and get running. Supposedly you could have gigabit internet with this modem but that's not available in my area...hopefully one day! I don't think you will be disappointed with this modem,

The perfect alternative to renting a modem. Super small and easy to set up. Just make sure you add the device to your plan before setting up your Wifi system.

In the past I've used modems from high-speed internet providers that are included with our monthly bill but our usage would routinely cause issues with those devices and traffic would overload the modems. This device has been rock-solid for the past few weeks we've been using it and provides a great amount of throughput. We stream most of our high-bandwidth content from Apple, Netflix, HBO, etc. and all of it has run without a hitch. I have the modem feeding an Airport Extreme base station connected to 24-port router and it's all running like a champ. I've not had a more trouble-free experience over the past few years. It's also nice and compact compared to other devices I've used so it doesn't take up a ton of space on my desk. Highly recommend it!

I had previously used a modem/router combo from my internet provider, and switched to a Net Gear router and this modem. The modem is WAY faster than my previous combo item and my speeds are much better. Been working great!

I bought this modem after Comcast would not support my modem that was two years old. Unbelievable! So, I had to buy a new one and this one was the newest that Comcast supported. It was easy to set up and is fast. Very happy with it.

I replaced my 8-year-old ARRIS SURFboard with a new model. Excellent connectivity and easy setup. I couldn't be happier with this great product.
