The Arris modem pays for itself in no time if your cable company wants to add $10/month for using their modem. It is ridiculously easy to setup and use and does a better job than the rental units.

Seems to be working well and stays connected. replaced an earlier modem that might have been losing connection periodically. This one was simple to set up after calling Comcast to have them put it on their system.

It’s a nice and very pleaseable item to use for the house fast and it was very affordable

Had to replace my older SURFboard, it power finally went out after 7 years. This new modem is great, easy to set up, just plug and play. The reason not 5 stars: the LEDs are real bright, as in they can illuminate my computer room.. There might be a way to turn them down, but i haven't read the owners manual.

I have had several different modems in the past and decided to go with the Arris for it's speed and performance. I have 6 phones, 4 computers and an xbox one running on this and it never slows down. Well worth the money.

This is a good, reliable modem. Easy to set up. And works exactly as advertised. I’ve had it for a over a month now and no issues. Just set it and forget it!

What an easy set up! I bought a Linksys router at the same time so set up and compatibility were smooth. Just make certain that all cords are correctly seated so that your connection is secure.

Usually I do not look forward to swapping out routers and modems since invariably you are down for a day or two while you get back all the things to work on line. Not overly techie so I appreciate when something is close to plug and play. We swapped out the modem cause we plan on upgrading the router as well with a booster - streaming videos and the kids learning software (online) were rather slow so we needed to upgrade - we have the best cable service we can get out here but computers on the 2nd and 3rd floors were a bit dogged despite being relatively new models. Phase 1 swapping out the modem went without a hitch and no downtime.... noticed some improvement in computer performance. So far so good.

Works perfectly with my internet provider. My local Best Buy store confirmed compatibility. Handles my needs perfectly for 400mbs operations.

This was bought to replace similar model. My old one just died after having it for a few years. I decided to stick with the same model as it’s easy to setup and has always worked well

Moving required a new service provider and a new modem to work with their internet delivery system. This modem provided more than enough speed to meet the new package and handles the heavy use of 4 or more devices.

I love this modem in combination with my router. It allows my speeds to get up to 180 mbs download. I have had the modem from several months, and I don't have any major complaints. It is a must buy in my opinion.

I consistently had issues with my spectrum modem dropping connection. I bought this as a replacement using it with my eero mesh WiFi and wow!!!. This thing has not dropped a signal since i got it. The setup was easy also just go to your online spectrum account and follow the instructions to change hardware/mode. I didn’t need to speak with anyone a spectrum to set this up took less than an hour to be up and running.

I have very limited knowledge on proper modems so an associate picked this one out for me after asking few questions and I couldn’t be happier . It works great and is easy to set up with the suggested app to use

I know you are looking for something really good, not an average product, Since I have Owned 3 differents Cable modem in the pass, Including Zoom, Netgear, I can Tell you 32 Channels bonded to work all together for a download data and 8 channels for Upload is a Must have at home, Ite does not really need the fastest speed internet provider, but it will make a big difference compare with your actual Cable Modem if you have One. 100% compatible with Spectrum as I use it with. Recommended, Specially because the Arris brand manufacture same equipment TWC and Spectrum Lease to the actual Costumers Any problem with the device can be addressed by the manufacturer but I am pretty sure you will not need to contact them at all. I hope my review help you.

If you have Comcast internet service and you are tired to pay the monthly fee, this is the most reliable solution, I`s plug and play and works like a champ!!

If you use Charter Spectrum, this modem is great! I've had 0 issues with it. The lights alone tell you if channels are bonded or not, sync'd, online, etc. Was well worth the purchase and works great with my AirPort Exteme.
