This modem replaced an Arris SB6141 is which was a good modem. Before I replaced it, it felt like my internet connection was slowing down and would sometimes require me to reboot the modem and router. Since I replaced the old modem my internet speed feels like normal again and have not had a need to reboot it.

Got it to use with Xfinity account. Not listed by Xfinity, but works great. Actually getting 345 mbps on my 300 mbps line

Have used numerous Arris modems over the years. Produce accurate if not higher speeds than ISP paid plan. Runs slightly warmer than Netgear modems. Advise not to put in an enclosed area.

This modem is an excellent one. I have been using it for a long time and it has been working as intended. The internet speed is also fast. Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace my comcast rental modem and it has net every expectation. The hype in the reviews of this item are true and it delivers very fast speed. It is very small as well which I was pleased about.

I bought a Motorola off the internet but my connection still dropped like it did with the Suddenlink issued modem I got rid of to stop paying rent on, the technician found that the line was good so it could be the modem. I went to BestBuy and got this modem on sale, took it home and plugged it in then called Suddenlink to get it going. I never touched it more than once and have not dropped the line one time, that was over a month ago.

I purchased this modem to replace the Comcast rental gateway and I can tell you that this is far better quality and faster downloads, let alone super easy to setup. You will not go wrong with this modem.

This modem was recommend by a friend and best buy staff. Works great for Comcast without any problems so far, had it for 2 weeks. Getting optimum speed during prime time hours. The 32 down x 8 up really works.

If you have TimeWarner or Spectrum (Central Kentucky) and you want to compete with your neighbors for bandwidth on the above cable internet providers, this is the modem to buy. While your neighbors cheap out with an 8 or 16 channel modem, blow them away with this 32 channel rocket. This is especially important if you have an online gamer in the house or you just bought 55" or larger 4K TV and you plan on streaming 4K content. Additionally, if you have more than 10 internet enabled devices in your home, you need this. If this is the case, (10 devices or more) chances are you've maxed out your router and need to have that reevaluated. Yes, I'm very happy with the fact I'm getting all the bandwidth I'm paying for.

We have several devices and 2 gaming systems and have had no issues with slow speeds or difficulty in connecting to the network since purchasing this modem about 6 weeks ago. Seems to be a perfect fit for our needs.

I had this modem up and running in minutes. It works well with my Cableone Internet package and a modem like this can save you a ton of money over renting or leasing a cable model from your Internet service provider. My whole house has a nice wifi field at this point and every device in the house seems to be able to get a strong signal. I'm very happy with the ARRIS SURFboard. If you are a gamer and you believe your life depends on the fastest Internet connection possible, use an Ethernet cable. If you are a normal person who likes to steam music and movies, send and receive email, upload and download files for sharing, this model will likely work very well for you.

Great modem. Easy set-up. Fast internet speed and very reliable. I have Time Warner Cable and this replaced it perfectly with no problems. I'll make my investment back in less than a year from my cheaper cable bills.

Very fast cable modem, stable and easy to install. The performance is very good and takes advantage of all the available bandwidth to manage the 10 devices that we currently have at home. Recommend

Easy to set up. I typically have 2-3 Roku devices plus 4 phones or tablets hooked up to my network, it easily handles the thru-put. I no longer have to rent a modem from my service provider

This was an Great buy with being reasonably priced. It works well with Xfinity service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and definitely buy again.
