I needed a modem upgrade and I bought this one because it seemed like the best value. I had no issues with it connecting to my Xfinity service through the Xfinity app or using the Arris app to go through their setup. No issues with it so far.

Exactly what I needed. Easy to connect. Good price point. Will allow faster use of internet speed as provided by cable company.

When you finally decide to free yourself from extra service provider fees, step up and get an Arris modem. Outstanding performance with zero issues. Simple set-up. Highly recommended.

So far it is far better than our old one. It has not dropped internet service and seems to be running at the speed it should be.

I've been using the modem for nearly two months now with up to 12 devices operating at one time. The multiple up and down streams allow them all to operate without slow down or buffering

Easy to setup and good speed for the money. It was worth the money and we got it fast from Best Buy.

Hooked it to the wall, called Comcast, within 10 minutes I had internet. I have not needed to reset it once in the month it has been connected. Good product, I'm glad i purchased it.

This modem (as are all modems) was extremely easy to install. Plug in, contact your ISP and you are good. The speeds are fantastically fast and this modem was well worth the price.

Wanted a modem that was fast didn’t want to pay the cable company an extra $15 a month. This works great and it pays for itself within a year!! No brainer!

Bought to replace my cable companies modem. worked great for the speeds we were paying for (100Mb) and saved me the rental fee each month.

Works great and much easier to set up these days. Im using it with Orbi wireless system and have much less wires

It took my download speeds from 27Mb to 87Mb. Very easy to set-up and get running. Since it has potential for 1.4Gb download speeds I will be ready for the next time they up my speed.

What a great upgrade, my network is more stable and super fast. Great present for the family. Called my IP and they had it up and running in minutes.

I was experiencing slower internet speeds and difficulty with multiple devices streaming content. I bought this modem and saw a definite improvement over my 3 year old modem. It did not totally solve the issue (I was told by an Xfinity rep before buying the new modem that my slow streaming was likely due to outdated modem firmware, which in hindsight was only part of the issue). I had to get a new router as well, but Speedtest results showed an improvement before the new router, I also get much faster downloads of podcasts. Everything works better, and I also have a modem that should future proof me in combination with my new Linksys AC3200 router.
