I was looking for a modem that would work with Comcast high speed internet. This one had great reviews and could handle their higher speeds. Was very easy to set up. Works great so far.

Bought it to replace an older surfboard that did not work with Mediacom. This one does! Much smaller than the one Mediacom gave me too.

This system was incredibly easy to set up and is blazing fast. The software is great and lets you customize and control it at the touch of a button. Highly recommend!

I bought this at the same time we invested in a Netgear ORBI router. This unit was on sale, overall a good price. Easy to set up and links into the router with no issues.

Check your cable internet provider for compatibility before buying. This modem works perfectly with my Spectrum internet and hits their max consumer tier for me locally.

A modem is a modem is a modem. Bought this one to replace an older model that I thought was starting to burn out. Turns out the intermittent connectivity problem may be due to something other than the modem this one replaced. ALL that to say - this purchase replaced another SURFboard that was several years beyond its' expected lifespan. Product is seamless and works as it should.

Had to by a new modem because the old one was to slow per Xfinity. This one works fine and was easy to install. No problems to install with phone call help from Xfinity.

Easy to connect! Compatible with Xfinity cable service also. Small and compact. This model was only available in white. Great device!

AMAZING MODEM CONNECTED TO XFINITY GIGABYTE SPEED INTERNET AND MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE

This replaced an older different brand modem that failed without warning. This unit was purchased in-store, installed and working in less than an hour and has performed flawlessly for over a year. The biggest issue has been sometimes less than reliable service by my ISP provider. The color coded lights on the front panel are a good indication when the service is not "up to speed."

Bought this modem since we were switching back to TWC/Spectrum from AT&T. Best idea ever. I'm a networks guy and hate those modem/router combos that every ISP forces on you and when one part breaks you have to have them replace the whole thing, luckily TWC/Spectrum lets you switch to a modem of your choosing. Prior to purchase I looked at other reviews and thoughts on the product as well as specifications to what this offered vs its little brothers and decided that this was the modem I wanted. It has wall mount holes for those of you who, like me, want to screw this down to a closet wall so it never gets touched, knocked over, etc etc etc.

Simple to set up. Fast. Pretty much plug and play. Wish it had a wider base to be more stable when the cable and wires are attached.

I am now pulling down 335Mbs with this modem after upgrading my Cox internet service. This unit performs as advertised and handles concurrent video/audio streaming very well.

It is a fast but solid performing cable modem. Handles multiple uploads and downloads very well. Just get it setup and pretty much forget about it.
