This is my second one. My first one’s power connection was loose. I blame that connection not the device. Great modem, provides speed and reliability.

Bought this modem to avoid renting from the cable provider. Easy install, great speeds and problem free.

This modem was very easy to set up and has proven itself to be very reliable. Additionally, it works seamlessly with my Airport Express to give me great WiFi throughout my home.

Simply excellent and works wonderfully well without gaps or lowering in speed. Better than what I had earlier.

So much better than the Modem Suddenlink provides. Simple set up, takes up minimal space and does exactly what it needs to do.

We recently bought this modem and our internet speeds have been excellent! We previously were using a Netgear modem that was an 8 x 4; however, the knowledgeable sales rep explained to me how tri-band mesh routers work and that we really should upgrade to the 32 x 8 to take full advantage of the internet speeds in your home. It works great and even with a mesh network, we don’t feel the internet has slowed at all due to this upgrade. If we continued to use our existing 8 x 4, it would likely have been very noticeable.

Time to replace the five year old Arris currently using, did some research and its still on of the top modems available. Easy install and fast internet speeds are why!!

I decided to get this modem so I didn't have to rent one from Spectrum anymore. It's small and fast and future proof for a while with a great price. Great buy!

I bought this one year back and no issues . Its easy to set up and works better than comcast rented device.

I'm an xfinity customer and when I followed the prompts set up took less than 10 minutes. So far so good. Google WiFi says my speed is lightning fast.

This modem, combine with my linksys router, made my home network very fast. I can connect all my devices with no slowdown. The signal range also improved significantly. Great product.

Great modem for the price. Using Time Warner/Spectrum and delivers great speed. Lot's of streaming in the house the kids and this can definitely handle the 300 Mbs speed we have.

Was having issues with my cable company issued modem. Picked this one up and found a big difference in speed from before. Would recommend this over any cable supplied modem.

Works very well with Xfinty cable for internet and the speed it good even with 4 to six computers on line at the same time.

Just moved and needed a modem. Found out it was compatible with Cox Cable and it was set up easily and works fine.

Needed a cable modem quick and Best Buy was the place to go. Easy to install too. Works great. It has 32 inbound channels.

I bought this to replace an earlier model Arris SB 6140 as part of an overall network hardware refresh. I was satisfied enough with Arris to buy a newer model of their product. This new one future-proofs my network as it supports downloads of up to 1.4 gbps if I decide to upgrade my Internet service. It was easy to install and activate with my Comcast service and easy to mount with the screw holes on the back. I would certainly buy again and recommend to friends.

I'm using the ARRIS Surfboard 32x8 on Cox with the Premium 150 package. This modem is fast - I perform speed tests with it occasionally and routinely see over 140 Mbps when plugged directly into it, and average 83 Mbps over wireless. I routinely have video streams going to multiple TVs at once and it works great... I have never seen noticeable buffering anywhere. The only slight negative I can say about it is that it takes a bit longer to boot-up and acquire an IP from the service than other modems I have used.
