Hooked it up with no issues. I am now able to stream all my tv. Had the same modem before with less features, and never had a problem with it.

I upgraded my connection to 400Mbps service and needed a faster modem to support. Set up was easy and I am getting consistent speed.

Got it running in minutes. worked GREAT with our new Netgear router. solved all our cox cable connectivity issues. But 1 week after installing, it started to have issues receiving Cox signal. after another week of dealing with Cox (most techs are LAME, however FINALLY got a good one after multiple calls and hours wasted) and issue was solved. Cox somehow got a bad line code on their end which caused communication issues with the modem. A tech did a little reprogramming and Voila! modem was back to working GREAT. very high speed. has worked great since that initial problem. Which was NOT due to the modem :)

Works great - no issues. Very happy with results. Are using this with the Google Wifi AC1200 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System, and all is well.

Honestly, SURFboard modems never fail to impress. I upgraded from a SURFboard 16 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 to this SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0. I have purchased several SURFboard modems for myself and family and not a single one has ever failed on me. I upgraded to the 32x8 because I live in a condominium and more downstream lanes can help improve your overall connection quality. ALWAYS remember to restart or power cycle your modem periodically. Once a month is recommended.

Have used arris modems for year and haven’t been disappointed with them. Super easy to setup and cheaper then renting from cable provider.

Can't be beat for speed, reliability and esthetics. I recently upgraded to this higher speed version of what I have been using and am extremely pleased.

works as advertised, which is all it should be. Very fast, installs out of the box simply. Only needed to have cable company activate with the modem attached.

Since I purchased the Arris modem my internet has been much better than with spectrum modem. No drop outs and faster connects.

Modem was easy to hook up, and had all the needed items in the box. This let me take full advantage of the 175 MB internet service I had.

I bought this modem to replace my older Netgear. My old modem was rocking about 75 mbps which I thought was pretty good. After I swapped it out for this guy it jumped to 175 mbps! Obviously results may vary depending on your location but this thing is a beast. Very happy with the purchase. If you rent a modem from Comcast or whomever, buy this modem and stop paying a monthly fee. It pays for itself after the first year or so. There are cheaper versions of this modem too, but as Comcast increases their speeds you want to be able to take advantage and the lower cost versions may not be able to. My 2 cents.

Very good product. using is as a replacement for my xfinity modem. saving on rental modem. it gives a return on investment within a year. do think about it if your paying for rental modem. (note use it only if your using internet service) not TV or phone from your service provider as I am not sure will this support it or not. Speed check shows no drops compared to rental modem. Also, do register the modem with the provider while setting it up initially.

Easy hook up with Comcast. Comcasts system recognized the modem right away with no problems at all. Fast. Paired with a Night Hawk router. The end result is speed.

This was a great update for our internet. So easy to setup. Works great with Google Mesh WiFi System. Best of all it was reasonably priced!

A breeze to setup from this decidedly non tech person...works lightning fast and allows internet usage from all devices on my network with absolutely no lag!

Upgraded to this Arris modem from the one my Internet provider gave me. I have high speed Internet and needed a modem that matched. Works fantastically. Get it.
