Easy setup and fast speeds. The status lights are super bright and I wish I could turn them down as it lights up the room but not a deal breaker.

Not much to review on this product. It's sort of an appliance you need like a refrigerator, but not quite as exciting as a refrigerator. My cable Internet provider just needed me to upgrade my modem, so had to replace my old one. My Internet speeds are faster, I think. I haven't noticed a huge difference, but I don't tax my Internet speeds to the degree that I would notice. The unit is pure white, which I like very much because it makes the LEDs very bright. I don't sleep in that room but that might be a problem if the bright LEDs are in your bedroom.

I was using SB624 modem for the last 5 years and was very happy with it. But recently I upgraded my internet speed to 300Mbps and needed to upgrade the modem as well. So I bought SB6190 from Best Buy a month ago and I couldn't be happier. It is super fast and I am glad that I bought it. I recommend this modem to anyone who needs a higher internet speed. But it can be an overkill if you don't have internet speed above 100Mbps from your ISP.

Replaced my old Comcast modem with this unit.More speed and 1/3 the size of the old unit. Internet appears to be much faster.

This new modem was easy to set up and by itself, has increased the speed of my network. I am a big fan and would recommend it to anyone.

This modem is easy to set up and use. I connected it easily to my Samsung home connect system as well. I have had no issues with my wi-fi.

Got this because of the additional channels and we were getting a new computer, so wanted everything to work as fast as it could. Still getting used to it all, but the modem connected easily and seems to work well.

My old cable modem got fried by a lightning strike. The SURFboard dropped right into place and enhanced my speed/network. Perfect. Good price.

Replaced an old Arris SB6121 with this SB6190 to support an upgrade in our internet speed. It was easy to install and the Speedtest demonstrated we were receiving our new bandwidth and then some (225+ Mbps). Unfortunately if we rebooted our router, the router could not acquire an IP address from the modem without rebooting the modem. Our previous modem (SB6121) always delivered an address without a reboot. We just didn’t want to reboot the modem when changing the router config because of the time for the modem to reboot (much longer than our router). Exchanged for a Netgear modem and it always delivers an IP address to the modem.

Had a modem/router from our cable provider. Weren't even using the wifi because we also had a wireless router. Ditched the modem from our provider and installed the Arris modem. Just plugged it in, turned it on and there was no noticeable difference. But that's a good thing. The cost of the Arris modem was covered by 3 months of cable provider fees for their modem. No more monthly rental fees. That was our goal, so we're very happy. Its also a much smaller box than the one from our cable provider.

Purchased this modem after I had a connection issue with my SB6121. Turns out it wasn't really the modem but I was advised by Comcast that it is a EOL unit. Therefore enter the SB6190. I purchased this because it was the latest model and BB had it on sale for 50 dollars off. My speed tier was 25/5 just upped it to 75/5. I get 90/12 on wireless with Apple TV. It seems to be a speedier modem than my previous modem that may have something to do with the 24/8 bonded channels Im getting now. So no complaints, very stable modem. Happy with the purchase.
