It works much faster and more efficient then our old one. Haven't had any problems with it.

Took two calls to Comcast to get it working. Every 12 to 24 hours would disconnect and I'd have to reactivate it. Called Comcast back and after reprovisioning again working perfect. Some people's problems are probably unrelated to the modem itself, but the setup the cable company did. If you have setup issues keep working with it, works great afterwords, especially for the price.

I have purchased other brands because friends told me that they were the best. That other brand had to be replaced after their service dept failed me. I personally knew that Arris was a great product. After the regret of listening to family and friends, I went with the Arris quality and I have had the best thekind of speed and output that I expected. This is a great oroduct!

This modem is fast and reliable. Works pretty much with all major providers so that wont be an issue at all.

It works well and does what it is supposed to do. Easy to set up.

Plugged it in on day one and it's been over a month and I've had no problems with it at all! I haven't tested out the max speeds yet due as my internet connection isn't the fastest yet but I've set up this modem with a Google Wifi Mesh system and I'm happy to say it's been great so far - especially with everyone working and doing school from home. It's compatible with my Xfinity service in Seattle.

Got this modem to replace the one I was leasing from the cable company. Huge upgrade in speed and very easy to install.

Replaced cable service provider rental modem/router with the ARRIS SB6190 & Google Wifi 3-pack. Modem was an easy DIY install with service provider activation over the phone. I pay for 150 mbps and consistently get no less than 170 mbps download (12 mps upload) internet speed which is more than sufficient for streaming 4K videos, a couple of VPN connected laptops and 6 IOS devices connected & used simultaneously at certain times. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

I got this modem because the old died. I haven't got any problem with it. It is fast and reliable.

It works. I have Xfinity 100 down 5 up so I didn’t need anything magical since I don’t pay for super fast service (although this modem would support it)l. My 6 year old SB6141 started to have a lot of uncorrectable errors and upgrading solved my connection problems. Swapping modems and activating with Xfinity online took about 10-15 min. Much cheaper in the long run to buy your own equipment Vs renting from the provider.

Works very well with Google WiFi. Handles high speed internet and customer service is great.

Not too much to say. I needed an upgrade to keep up with my faster speeds from COX. So far the modem has performed well.

It hasn't let me down yet. Great purchase. Just remember, your internet provider may need to do something on their end of the line to connect you.
