Not too much to say. I needed an upgrade to keep up with my faster speeds from COX. So far the modem has performed well.

This model is a step up from my Internet Provider rental. Easy to install, supported by TWC, works great. No negatives. Fast delivery.

Reliable so far, and definitely faster than the modem provided by the cable company. Some of the plastic wrapping on this is actually quite hard to remove.

I decided I wanted to buy a cable modem to quit renting from the cable company, and read some reviews and chose this one. I decided I wanted to "future-proof" my purchase as much as possible, and not only was this model the fastest with the most down/up (32/8) channels, but it supports IPv6 (which isn't even mentioned on the box!). The modem works as advertised, is blazing fast and rock solid. My only complaint is that the blue status lights are way too bright, but that won't stop me from giving this product a 100% review!

It was so easy to set up. Very user friendly..powerful enough to handle 3 Smart TV's, a Laptop & a All in One printer!

After lots of fustration with my cable provided modem/router I began to do some research and spoke with one gentleman at my local Best Buy store who was able to explain to me the modem options I could grab with the amount of mbps I was paying for. Thinking of the future and the awesome no questions asked price matching Best Buy provides I decided to grab this one. Every time I run a speed test on my modem I see wonderful results. I pay for 200mbps I can push thru way more with this modem. Very satisfied with the product!

This modem is the best on the market. It took no time to install and get setup. It has a small footprint as well so it is easy to hide away.

Streams 4K video without a single hang in 3 weeks. All content downloads much faster than play rates. Best internet experience I've ever had. In an newer, rural, neighborhood. On TWC at up to 300Mbps. This modem feeds a Linksys Max-Stream AC5400 MU-MIMO gigabit router. In the basement in a corner of the house it blankets the entire house (3 stories) with 5g wifi (except one room that's a little dodgy). Tech installing (new) TWC service was able to get it activated with no problems. Would highly recommend both.

Modem works as intended and reliable. I have installed quite a few of these modems for customers. You can install this modem with a Comcast triple play package if you do not going to use the Comcast phone service. You’re just going to need to get supervisor on the phone to get the old least modem off the account. Seems like Comcast reps are either too lazy or unknowledgeable on getting it done.
