Works great, good speed, and easy to setup. You will need to take a picture of MAC address in label before making all connections and later call your ISP to give them that info.

Purchased this modem to replace the rental modem from my cable provider. The setup was easy and the increase in internet performance was noticeable. Purchasing vs. renting is the way to go.

Had one that worked great, but it was destroyed in a lightning strike, so I purchased the identical replacement (this one), and it works great just like the one I replaced.

This modem improved my modem transmission speed significantly enabling me to receive and transmit messages more rapidly than in months past. I had 2 very similar but older ARRIS modems that were fine when purchased but had become far from state-of-the art with the years, Nonetheless they continued to function well for years. The only reason I entered 4 not 5 stars is that ARRIS has released a newer, higher speed model. It's also much more expensive than the model I purchased with speeds my applications do not need.

This little Modem is small and quiet and I hardly know it's there, which is honestly exactly what I wanted - something I didn't have to keep fussing with and restarting. I've had it for about a month and very happy so far - no issues with my internet to date! Easy to hide away in a corner cabinet, too!

The reason for upgrading to this modem was because we finally "cut the cord" from COX for Cable Television. This meant we had to upgrade our modem to receive the bandwidth necessary in our house for the amount of devices on wifi and streaming. This performs flawlessly and has zero issues. Only negative if you can call it a negative is that the front indicator lights are super bright, so as long as you can hide it somewhere or cover it with tape, you should be fine.

So far this modem has been a great upgrade over my previous, the Surfboard SB6141. I saw a mild speed bump over the previous because of how much larger bandwidth it can support over my previous modem, so that was great. It does get warm to the touch though. Overall I'm happy with the modem.
