Bought this a year ago. Still going great! It was very easy to set up and is still very simple to maintain. Would absolutely recommend.

Does the job as described my internet was having latency spikes and with this new modem everything is working great now. Very easily to activate with xfinity didn’t even have to call them just do it through their app and it was ready to plug into my router.

Replaced an ISP modem with the ARRIS Surfboard 32 X 8 3.1 Cable modem, and my internet access, and my internet speeds are vastly improved. This is THE modem!

So far the Arris modem has been very reliable and stable. It has worked well with our Netgear Wi-Fi Router.

I replaced a two year old Netflix modem with this Surfboard modem because I was experiencing annoying loss of service problems. I have had the Surfboard installed in my system for about a month now and have not lost the internet connection one time (knock on wood). I can recommend this modem for secure connections to anyone’s cable system. DD

Perfect modem if you’re looking to setup a firewall/router like pfsense. Modem allows for easy port binding (LAGG). Just plug in check one box and you’re modem is setup.

Docsis 3.1 speed went from 100mbp to 1.2 gbps and we all love it.

As the title implies, a DOCSIS 3.1 modem was required to handle the speeds of Cox Gigablast. Had good luck with my previous ARRIS modem so I went with what works.

Works Great no issues and doesnt take up space..I like it..

Cable speed doubled once I replaced my older DOCSIS 3.0 cable Modem.
