Good Router
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a reliable router. This router works well. Could be a bit hard to install. Still have to use an extender for this router.

Arris surfboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is so much better/faster than my old Motorola however it was very pricey. At $600 + tax there should have the option/connection for a house landline. That's why the 4 stars.

Rough setup, great speeds.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a good combo modem router. Initial setup was absolutely dreadful. Had to do multiple factory resets, call customer support, and talk to Cox 3 different times before everything was up and running. Do NOT try to use the mobile app, it is completely useless. Just use a computer connected via ethernet and do all the setup via the web interface, don't even bother installing in the app on your phone.

Good, but Expensive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit is overpriced. I have not succeeded yet to successfully call the support. I think their support policy has changed. The speed is a little bit faster than the previous modem, although it fluctuates during the day. I have to reboot the modem to get a better speed. After I reboot the modem twice, the speed will improve. We bought the fastest speed from our carrier. We are supposed to get >1200 Mbps, but we are not getting close to the speed that we are paying for. (We even changed the cables to Cat 8.) The main reason we bought this modem is to get a better speed. (I am not sure which end is responsible. I don’t think this is the modem’s problem) I am including this information for other potential buyers.

Great item worth the high price.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy setup, great performance. Lowered my gaming latency. Lots of extra security features. Stays pretty clean looking. I was hesitant at first about buying a modem router combo Because wifi range , but to my suprise this unit is very good.

WiFi WiFi WiFi
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the device, light weight and easy to set up. It is much larger than your (likely ISP provided router) so plan accordingly. Would be nice with this large of a device to have more ethernet ports but other than that, sleek and simple.

Unit seems good. Disappointed with Best Buy sales
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit is still new to me, to early to rate it's performance. Seems like it is working good though. Very disappointed with the sales person at Best Buy. His info was very misleading. He just wanted to make the sale

Good product - Needs improvement
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product works well. It is difficult to setup. Must use mobile phone rather than laptop or computer since the configuration process restarts the router several times and thus disconnects the wifi, crashing the setup process. Signal range is similar to linksys router AX600. Renaming devices keeps resetting itself and it's difficult to keep track of devices connected to the network Parental control works well, although it is difficult to configure.

Super Fast!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1.2gbs xfinity plan, 500sqft apartment. Download speeds of 1.2gbs over wifi, Fortnite 50gb game was downloaded under 8min...... Worth the current price tag of $600 thats everyones own personal judgment.

Great cable modem/router combo
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit has been running strong for several months. Rarely need to power cycle it... compared to my previous few Netgear modem/router combo units, which needed to be power cycled every 2-3 weeks. Definitely recommend.

Poor Wifi range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup was relatively easy. Download speeds are fast as advertised but only if you are within 20 feet of it. WiFi range is terrible. Does not reach beyond about 20-25 feet.

Absolutely Terrible Product.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't understand the positive reviews. Poor range, and for anything not Wi-Fi 7 (and right on top of the thing) the speeds are worse than a Wi-Fi 5 budget router. The mobile app is rough, the web interface is slow, and it performs so poorly that I hesitate to even try to sell it to someone else. Weird web socket disconnects (like Twitch chat), some 2.4GHz devices get randomly dropped, and a multitude of other weird glitches. Wish I was still in the return window. Will never buy an Arris again.

Very fast
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed an upgrade and this delivers. Amazing speeds and pretty future proof for a while. Good coverage and love having one unit to do everything. Set up was a breeze and was able to keep everything connected by using my old wifi name and password.

Pleased
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I try to keep up with everything in networking, knowing what I have( Arris G34) does okay but range and coverage was lacking. WiFi 7 is the future. My Arris G54 has it all. Range and power is three fold!
