I bought this because I am addicted to buying cds. I love Scott and I love Bumblefoot. I was curious to see what they would do together. It wasn't a disappointment but I am not sure what to think of the release yet. Im sure it will grow on me but I certainly do not LOVE it yet. I think i was being super fair with a four star review at this point.

Scott Weiland joins Bumblefoot (GnR) and Jon Votta (Disturbed) to create yet another Super group. It includes the single Till The Dust Is Gone & Small Batch Whiskey. It has it's moments of brilliance but the release does have some filler. Still a important release if only for Weiland's appearance & Bumblefoot guitar playing.

Another Quality Release From Weiland & Co.

Despite Scott Weiland's insistence that he is not a part of this group, he and the rest of the band have put forth a quality rock album. The songs are very catchy and stick in your head long after the album is over. Bumblefoot's guitar playing isn't overly technical or far-out like some of his solo material. He plays for the song, not his own showmanship. If you dig any of Scott Weiland's past efforts, including his latest with the Wildabouts, you're sure to find something to like with this album. Sadly, I expect this to be a one-and-done release as Scott basically ignores it, Thal will continue to do his own thing and the bass player returns to his main gig with Disturbed. That's a shame. It's a seriously good album.

    Mainstream Hard Rock

Mainstream Hard Rock (a little edgier than some at times), including Bumblefoot and Scott Weiland, etc.. Haven't had this long, so I'm hesitant to say much. A project Weiland was trying to distance himself from and it's a shame, because what I've heard so far on a couple plays thru, I would have been interested in hearing a sophomore effort. They put out a couple of videos and there were talks/hopes of future shows but Weiland was working with his band, The Wildabouts and then Weiland passed (R.I.P.). We will never know where or if this band was going to go anywhere. I can say this, my favorite tunes are not the singles. Solid release, not groundbreaking.

Scott's voice is very strong and wrote some good lyrics. Not sure why this is being called a super group when they can't even figure out if the singer is in or out. Don't expect to see this group on tour.

This is Scott Weiland's last project released in June of this year. It's surprisingly good. If you like the harder style of STP this album will satisfy.

You will think this CD is pretty good if you like music and/or bands that are pretty good. Keep in mind, though, this band ain't exactly the second coming of Led Zeppelin or anything like that. So, slip it into your CD player and enjoy! Just don't expect Mt. Rushmore, Fireworks, and the Indy 500 all rolled into one! Peace to one and all!

Too bad this will be the one and only album from this group of guys since Weiland's passing. There are a lot of great songs on here. Great production.

Ok, I love STP and Weiland (R.I.P.), but this album is paint by numbers. It's very forgettable. If you can get it for cheap then buy it.
