Need smaller chopping option

I bought it so I could chop onions but the smallest chop option is like dice not chop and since I need in smaller chopped portions, I don't use it anymore.

I wasn't even asked if I wanted another. Best buy employee just took it back like ok where is your reciept. After mention several times it was an online purchase.
