This game is not like the old assassins creed its more of an open-world RPG style game. The graphics are breathtaking, the missions are fun, the quest and upgrades are easy to understand, the only downside is that some times it requires some side mission in order to get enough XP to get to the level of the main story mission, and some areas are too similar to others.

One of my favorite releases into this game series. Slick, fun, good story. Looks great too.

This game is amazing, the graphics are great and I would recommend this to anyone who plays.

I have played all of the Assassin's Creed games since 1 came out on the 360 and blew me away. There has been a dry spell over the last few years, and they seemed to have run out of ideas or forgot people hate follow quests. So far, in 20 hours of play, I have yet to run into one and have had a great time exploring and doing the ship combat and seeing the land and gods represented. Highly recommended.

This game deserves all the accolades it is getting. I played it for a few days and then the game began and it was great then. It is not easy and the side missions gives you hours of enjoyment and brain scratching. The boat adventures is great as well. Truly amazing rendition to the franchise. Thank you and a must have for anyone from beginner to gamer, fill all the stocking this year with this one.

Best game in the franchise since AC2! Good from start to finish!

Well worth the buy. DO NO RENT THIS GAME, It is full of things to do. I have put 20 hours into this game and I feel like I have barely made a dent in the main quests. The combat is very dynamic and improved from Origins. Odyssey is very flexible in allowing you to shape your assassin of choice via attack styles, dialogue choices, special moves and decisions. One of my favorite AC games so far.

Great game to play with tons of content to keep you busy for a while.

I didn't want to believe all of the rave reviews about this game, because every time there is a new AC game it, for the most part, gets really good reviews. I really like this game so far and the story has me hooked. That and I love the sailing aspects and navel battles. That was one of the best parts, for me, about black flag and this game has it! I high recommend this game for any fans of AC

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is a great game with a deep story and amazing combat.

Not going to lie, this game does not feel like a assassins creed game and feels more like a stand alone/ spin off game. It does not really connect with other asassins creed games. It plays like Origins but without the “Assassins creed”. That being said, just think about Origins but better with gameplay mechanics, upgrading and leveling system, and plays better as an rpg

Plenty of open world to explore as and graphics are stunning.

I purchased the game at $14.99 on sale and for that price it was worth it. I like Greek and Roman history as well as the Assassin's Creed lineup of games diverting from the original story line such as Assassin's Creed: Black Flag which I have for Playstation 4. Haven't finished the game but good graphics on Xbox One X and good plot.

Great game. Great story. Great visuals. Can't wait for the next DLC!

I have been playing the Assassin's Creed series for a while now and I would say this is by far the best game out there for graphics and game play. It doesn't compete with Assassin's Creed 2/Brotherhood in story line of Ezio, but Kassandra and Alexios do a great job as the main character. I would highly recommend this to non-AC fans. A must play for any role-playing fan!

After going through a lot f this games and having the past knowlege of other gamers in the series (such as the very good Origins), Odyssey has staken the series to new heights, besides beautiful graphics, the story, mechanics and action has all been adjustd and improved in every way. If you like the series or just want something new with depth and story, look no further..

Anyone who enjoyed Origins will have a good time with Odyssey, but maybe don’t immediately play it after completing Origins, as this is really long and more of the same.
