The game itself is absolutely amazing. No complaints there however I per ordered from best buy and didn't receive the " throw to the dogs quest" now I'm wondering if I'll even get the DLC upon release.

I ordered Assassin's Creed Shadows for Xbox Series X on November 28th and FedEx still does not even have possession of the package. I have no idea why it has been delayed for 18 days. When I look at the listing now, it shows that I can get it by December 18th. It is currently December 16th. What is going on with my order that it is delayed, but it seems fine if I were to order now?

Too many cut scenes, not enough game time. Was hoping for so much better from assassins creed

Not the best assassin's creed game. But definitely not the worst.

The game is great but customer service at Best Buy sucks will never buy from Best Buy again! Got bounced around to two different Best Buy stores over 2 hours from my house and multiple customer service agents telling me different things ended up losing money having to sell the version we received to get the game to get the version we needed! When we originally pre ordered the game it said it would play on the Xbox we had but did not! Thank god for game stop we lost money but was able to get the digital copy for PlayStation 5!

I preordered this game from Best Buy and did not receive the preorder bonus DLC code. I was assured online that the store could assist me, but they told me that there is nothing they could do. The game also was not available for pick-up on release day. I would not recommend preordering anything from Best Buy as they are not reliable and refuse to help customers receive what they paid for.
