I think this a under-rated gem for the Switch. Platinum's excellent work shows in this game, carrying on the legacy of Bayonetta and other games they have put out. Buy to show the developer your support for more games like this.

when they announced I knew this was going to be a great hit and they didn't disappoint me, full of action and great story this game is so far this year a great contender for game of the year a must buy for the fans of the hack and slash genera.

I initially felt that the controls were overwhelming, but as I continued playing, they became more intuitive. The story is pretty generic and not too intriguing, but the main focus is the gameplay and the visuals. Both button mashers and technical players will find joy in the combat. It's a fairly short game, but with how the game is set up in case files, you can revisit precious cases to go for the best rank and completion.

It's an arpg by Platinum, do I even need to convince anyone this game is a must own. Kinda wish we had gotten the edition with the artbook here in the states though, definitely would have pre ordered that day one in a heartbeat.

The graphics are fantastic. The game play is great once u get used to working with ur i foget what u call it in the game but ur friend partner, or whatever. The puzzles arent to difficult. Is not a extremely long game i beat it in a wkend.

Awesome cel-shaded action game with great visuals and great gameplay. This is one of the best games on Nintendo Switch ever and is a must play for everyone. Can't wait for the sequel, if it ever becomes a series.

I'm only a few hours in, but this game is already a ton of fun! I really enjoy the complex control scheme and difficult fights. The ability to change the difficulty whenever is a nice touch as well.

Platinum(creator of bayonetta) and Nintendo newest game feel like a mix of hack and slash action, batman detective mode, and anime sci-fi to make this game my Game of the year. I recommend any switch owners to give this unique game a go.

This game right from the moment you start it lets you know why you got the switch. The colors are amazing and the combat is really cool as well. I’m surprised this runs the way it does with all the things going on but it works

this is a great game and get it before it's gone. platinum games has a distinct set up for action games with a lot of creativity between each of their games. this is that and it's a good thing.

Platinum games did it again! This is an exciting action/RPG/detective game. The production quality of the visuals is top notch, the game is pretty lengthy and has a lot of depth w/ the meta.

I love this game and plays a lot like Bayonetta and I wouldn’t believe any negative reviews because people have been review bombing this game because it’s not on the platform of their choice and is a Nintendo switch exclusive

Astral Chain has some tremendous combat mechanics that don't really justify the hollow story nor the side missions associated with the game. The game can often become borderline laborious at certain times, but don't let all those negatives diminish the shining light of this game - the combat. And boy is the combat good. The game needs to be tried just for the inventive combat system.

Do you like Platinum games? Do you like futuristic cyberpunk style themes? You may really enjoy this one. The visuals and gameplay are fantastic. It's one of the best games to be released in 2019, period. Check it out!

I went into Astral Chain with low expectations, and was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the game’s combat. If you’re into action games like Bayonetta or Vanquish, this is a must buy

Aside from the fact that the game runs at 30fps, this is a great action game that runs well even in Handheld Mode. The voice acting could be better, but it doesn’t take away from the overall experience & inventive gameplay.

I love platinum games who developed Nier Automata. This a unique game centered around having these pet-machine like beings help you fight in battle. The story is so-so, but the combat and gameplay is where it truly shines.

I'm about 7 hours in and love it so far. Controls, movement, story, and side content were all much better than I expected. Wasn't really on my radar but ended up buying it on release and was greeted by a pleasant surprise.

During the first 2 chapters or files as they are know here I’ll admit I was having buyers remorse but staring with file 3 OMG such a great game Buy it trust me in a dr ...... ok in not but still trust me it’s a great game

Great game and a Nintendo exclusive. It does not often go on sale and even then, not for much, so if you see it for $10+ off, it's a good time to bite
