Just bad luck, not a bad product.

But unfortunately with my luck, the wire that plugs into it doesn’t work properly. Yes I plugged it in all the way. It works from one headphone unless I mess with it until it works from both. I placed an order for a new wire from Astro, it’s been sitting in Ohio fedex for about a week, I ordered it 10 days ago lol. When it works properly then I’d say yes buy it!
