I've gone to the store several time to change these and they would not allow me 6 weeks after purchase they stopped working. Ive purchased another same thing happened again i did not get any help. My son now owns three of these head sets and they all do not work. I'm being refused help to rectify this issue. I do not want the money back just a different or fixed head set

For the money put in, I'm very disappointed in the headset. Multiple times the headphones cut out sound and it's really annoying considering that this is my first headset from Astro and it really hurt my opinion on it. On the side note when it comes to comfort it's very good as well as you can turn off your mic by just moving the mic up but when it comes to quality of sound as well as the connection issues I give it a 2 out of 5. Would I recommend someone buy this? No, because you can purchase a better Headset from Astro called the Astro A40's which exceeds expectations.

This product sucks. They cut in and out to the point you are better off not wearing them. Customer service is even worse, they will make you jump through hoops for many days until they run out of stuff to check.

I have heard great things about this brand but after owning the headset for 3 months they stopped working, tried several troubleshooting methods but nothing worked theses are very comfortable but all in all they are too expensive to only last a cpl months

ALL THEY DO IS DISCONNECT. THEY CUTOUT NONSTOP. LOOK AT A DIFFERENT HEADSET. The battery life isn't that great either. The price is too much for what they are.

Do not buy this headset. It's simple. They're the most expensive headphones I've ever bought. They're the worst headphones I've ever bought. Buy a $20 headset and you get a pair of headphones that work for more than 10 minutes. I could do a rant about how terrible they are. You'd be no smarter for reading it. Buy their products only if there's nothing else available at a quarter the price. It's that simple. This is the 2nd most disappointing product I've ever bought.

1st review ever. I have never been so disappointed with a headset as much as astro a20. Since day 1 disconnecting Constantly has been the issue, last about 3-5seconds. They work great, for like 5mins then back to disconnecting Constantly to the point it becomes useless, I'm literally playing games with no dam Audio cause the headset keeps going in and out, its frustrating. I've gave them a chance least 2+ weeks to find a solution just Complete Trash, feels cheap too for 120 its all plastic. Save your money, there are way better headset out there.

I’ve used both this and turtle beach. Those win hands downs I can’t change the volume on the game but I can with the others. Huge plus

The game and chat volume share the same button makes it hard to control one goes up other goes down always

Battery sucks looks elsewhere. Can hear everything but what you want to in the game. Cant hear footsteps over ambient game noise. Game settings are adjusted issues persist. Fine for warframe and rpgs but fps where you need to hear footsteps such as hunt look for another headset

Initial set-up of headphones did not work even used instructions. My adult son finally was able to make microphone work. Was never able to continually use headphones because of microphone problems. Two days after 15day return policy headphones quit working. Customer service was unable to help me or worse yet have any suggestions for problem.

Bough these for my Xbox one X. Followed the instructions to hook up. No sound but a loud humming noise. Checked for an update as instructed by the manufacturer, updated and followed instructions again. Nothing. Two hours later,I gave up, returned them and got the Turtle Beach stealth 700. Went home paired them to my Xbox one X in minutes, and could not be happier.

So about 3 months into owning this it decided to stop connecting. I tried to go through astro for the warranty and was never able to get them to come through on it. This is not my first time having issues with astro gear. Needless to say it will be my last. My corsair headphones are amazing.

This was my first pair of gaming headphones and I was very disappointed with them. They felt extremely cheap. The sound quality to me is poor also. They don’t sound any better than cheap computer speakers. I ended up taking them back because I couldn’t justify them for the price.

Headset is not even a year old and randomly puts me on mute and now the sound is skipping. Save your money and buy something else.

This headset is terrible it constantly disconnects from my console. The mic monitoring is trash. Go with turtle beach’s their customer service is terrible I tried getting customer support and they were useless DONT BUY

Static’s really bad when the volume is turned up they sound like they’re going to fall apart and over all feel cheap in my opinion there’s a lot better headrests out there for the money

bought during quarantine but two weeks of owning it it still cutting in and out and the sound would become extremely loud out of no where. it would also disconnect mid game.

The headset broke after a month and won’t turn on. I took good care of the headset and it randomly stopped working. Now I’m out $150 dollars. Save yourself, don’t buy it,

Adult owned & cared for. Used no more then 7Hrs/week. Owned for only 5 months. Will not turn on... Will not charge... Will not purchase again...
