Sometimes they won’t switch to PC mode and so you have to unplug them and then wait a few minutes to do it all again.

Only issue was when gaming online, my friends said I sounded very strange. Almost as if I was talking through a walkie-talkie the whole time. I couldn't fix it so I had to return the product.

Still has great ear comfort and great audio quality. The microphone doesn't mute itself and the Bluetooth connectivity, the USB, is definitely nice upgrade from the old. Would reccomend.

This was one of the few headsets that was compatible with the Xbox series X. But the manufacturer hasn't had the USB adapters to make that happen. But in the meantime it's working great on my PS5
