    Never ending issues.

    For a $150, mid-level headset, this headset delivers on sound quality and comfort. What REALLY SUCKS about this headset, however, is that it CONSTANTLY has to be reset, losing mic functionality with every other self-mute or reconnect upon walking out of the room and back into it. It took me forever to realize the quickest fix was switching it to PC mode and back to xbox mode (turning it on and off a bunch works too, thats fun mid-game). Around 75% of the times I turn on my xbox, the headset fails to properly connect (even when plugged in!) so jimmying the connection adds a minute to start up every time (annoying when hopping on for 1 quick match). On top of it all, the on/off button and all other control buttons seem to work only when they want to. 3 months of every day use and I still don't know whether holding the on button or simply tapping it is what actually works (it seems random every time). The thing is actually so tough to turn on sometimes, that I am currently convinced my headset is entirely broken--I can't get it to turn on at all. I purchased in March 2018, and this is the last straw leading me to feel the need to leave this review. Thankfully I know headsets always break (the xbox studio ones have never lasted more than 4 months for me despite gentle care, i've tried 3 pairs), so I got the warranty. I can totally see why with a single use, this headset may be reviewed very highly, but prolonged experience with this device is a NIGHTMARE.

    So I am on my second hesdset from astro after ny first headset was causing my controller to randomly disconnect from the xbox. After extensive testing and now I have a new xbox the issue is still persisting with rhe headset as long as the transmittter box is connected. I dont even have to be using the headset for it to cause issues. This makes playing games almost impossible. I am currently awaiting a response from astro gaming on this issue and have requested a refund as seeing this is now the second headset I have gotten after getting the first one replaced and the issue persisting across multiple consoles/controllers.

    This was my first pair of gaming headphones and I was very disappointed with them. They felt extremely cheap. The sound quality to me is poor also. They don’t sound any better than cheap computer speakers. I ended up taking them back because I couldn’t justify them for the price.

    I have heard great things about this brand but after owning the headset for 3 months they stopped working, tried several troubleshooting methods but nothing worked theses are very comfortable but all in all they are too expensive to only last a cpl months

    I do not understand the price tag behind this product. It is extremely quiet. It's hard to tell the sound quality when you can't hear anything. Tested on pc and ps4

    The headset broke after a month and won’t turn on. I took good care of the headset and it randomly stopped working. Now I’m out $150 dollars. Save yourself, don’t buy it,
