Very nice build quality and good mic. The top band gets a little uncomfortable sometime but I haven’t broke them completely in yet so that might be why. Highly recommend

If using on PC there is no software to begin with, gotta use a app on phone which wouldn’t be bad if the app didnt suck. The mic constantly doesn’t work, sound will go out, the headset will get stuck on xbox mode and the app will glitch and not let you change it to PC mode. They are better if you decide to go wired route but its unacceptable since they market it as wireless headphones. Do not buy unless they are on 99% discount cause you can do so much better at almost an price point.

Bluetooth works with your phone but you can’t use the mic to talk. For the price it’s not really worth it, and they feel kind of small.

The mic doesnt pick up my voice and has constant static when Im in a party chat with my friends. Sound quality is great but the mic could be better. Will be taking back to Best Buy to either return or exchange it.

There is a usb dongle you have to plug into your Xbox.

The attachable directional MiC picks up every sound on users end (so beware :)). The only major downside has been difficulty with my xbox recognizing this headset.... even after resetting bluetooth, searching bluetooth and resetting xbox/headset. Irritating and time consuming. However, I havent had trouble connecting to my laptop or phone

Really Good but just had problems

The comfortability is also very good but the headset would sometimes just not play audio though it showed that it was connected. When that would happen the headset would also become unresponsive and I'd have to disconnect the usb and turn off the headset and then reconnect the usb and turn it back on for it to work again. The headset is perfect otherwise if it wasn't for that problem I was having.

I'm only giving it four stars cause for some reason they loose connection after turning off. Then you have to unplug and replug the USB in, not everytime though. Weird
