I am enjoying this headset. Comfort is an upgrade over my TB Stealth 700’s. They look great and few great and seem like very good quality. They don’t clamp too firmly so playing for an extended period isn’t a problem. My biggest gripe is the Mic Monitoring is VERY quiet when using the provided mixamp. I’ve been using a TB audio controller and plugging the headset into that to control the audio and mic mix and it’s been working great. Only reason for the four stars is because I wish the mixamp didn’t override the console audio controls. I love the ease of use of the mixamp if the mic monitoring wasn’t so quiet.

I bought these for my son after trying other brands and models. So far these have lasted the longest and still working to this day.

Great headphones with amazing sound, lightweight and very comfortable just wish they were more isolated/sealed for better proximity privacy

This is the first high end headset I have ever purchased. I find them to be comfortable, provide good sound, and that the controls are facile and useful. For example it is easy to adjust the game/chat volume ratio so as to keep me in communication with the team (this despite my substandard hearing). The headset control gizmo plugs into the game controller, which took some getting used to. I've acclimated. I wear them for ~2 hours each use, and for that they are comfortable.

Bought for my husband cause he loved his old set that he had for years. I loved his old set too. Really immerses you in whatever you’re playing and increases your competitive edge in multiplayer. Until it decided to stop working. Light to moderate usage. Well taken care of. Shocked when sound and mic just went out out of nowhere.

What can you say…the Astro are most of the times grate gaming headsets. I have owned 3 different kinds of them but these A 40 did not hold up very well.

I love my astros they were great and I can hear footsteps coming from very far away very light also and comfy on my head.

The headset itself sounds great. I don't like that the paint that they used to coat the plastic on the band that goes over your head starts to peel off over time. It's totally gone now, but it doesn't look nearly as nice now that it's an opaque white instead of black. I also didn't like pulling paint chips out of my hair...

First things first...these headphones are a bit pricey; definitely the most expensive pair I own. That being said, you get what you pay for and these are great! The sound quality is fantastic for gaming. It comes with the wire for an Xbox controller but the box also contains a normal 3.5mm headphone jack so I have also used them on my PC and Switch Lite.

Great sound quality and super easy to use . Only thing I don’t like is that the piece on the headband for the cushion keeps popping off . For the price I would expect this to not have a problem like this on the quality of the headset .

This is my second set. The last one I had for a few years and I ended up giving it to my little brother and bought the exact same one. Love the ability to control the game volume or voice volume rather quickly. I just dont see there being a better set out there for the $$.
