So far I have loved this. I am able to be heard fine with the mic sound quality is great. They are extremely comfortable as well, I can wear them all day with no issues even with my glasses on. My only complaint is that my wife who sits in the same office as me can hear everything from them at my normal listening volume even with her speakers on watching her shows. Not completely bad if she is on call it bleeds through at times.

Great headset and sound. Easy to set up. I use this headset for both my Xbox one x and PC. Can tweak eq settings on downloaded app on pc or Xbox.

My favorite headset by far. It can be closed-back or open-back which is really nice. Having it as “open-back” doesn’t widen the soundstage but it makes it easier to hear everything around you. The bass is great but not too much, and the treble is a perfect level from the start and the high frequencies don’t hurt your ears. The game/voice audio is VERY helpful if you like to listen to music while playing games so you can easily turn the music or the game up and down. I also use it for voice chat so I can turn my friends voices down if they get too loud. The mic quality is actually very good and the mic can be put on either side of the headset. Now for the software, it’s not perfect but it’s simple and works well enough. There is also an “easy mute” function with a switch on the cable going to the headset. If you have the extra money to spring for the extra features of a mix amp, this is a great choice.

Pretty good headset overall was having problems with audio going completely silent but I did an exchange and haven’t had any major problems since. That being said the Dolby atmos on these headset is really nice comes with a 2 year code. The mix amp is really cool I love the knobs and the whole presentation of it, the headset itself is very light and comfortable. I love gaming with these

Pretty good it’s just a bolt came out of the headsets and that shouldn’t be happening, considering I bought protection it is not that big of a deal, but for those that don’t buy protection, be careful. The software on these headsets honestly would make this one star, only reason why it is getting a 3 star is because of the sound quality, it is decent. Beyond that a good pair of headsets.

Sound quality is amazing. Comfort is amazing. Durability is amazing. Ease of cleaning is amazing. BUT.... the cord to the Xbox could be about 2 ft to 4 ft longer. I think this would solve a lot of the problems many people have buying this product. The setup could be simplified. AND THE BIGGEST CON is that this has no OFF BUTTON (WHY NO OFF BUTTON?!?). Anyways, I just unplug it at the amp, pretty simple process, but if you leave it plugged, it will stay on. Why I bought it - the ease of turning down/up the game volume, while having control over voice/chat volume control at the same time. Very awesome design there. For the price, the quality is good, but damnn, Astro,,, why no off button?

It’s a great overall gaming headset. The amount of customization you have with the mix amp is incredible. Of course the audio and mic quality is top tier. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s compatibility with Xbox is disappointing. The audio and mic quality doesn’t compare to how good it is on pc. I highly recommend this headset for pc gamers.

Very good headset i purchased this original headset back in November. The original was faulty the Mix amp would not update at all even after trying 2 different computers. We reached out to Astro they never got back to us. We than decided to take it to Best buy today to exchange it for another one. We were in and out in no time hassle free which we love. We came home and it updated with no problem. The sound quality is amazing can't wait to try it out with our new xbox series x. Thank you best buy for always having great deals. I would of given it 5 stars but because of the mixer i dropped it down a star.

Ive used thsse before. You get all the stuff you need and easy to use on pc. Very comfortable on the ear easy to adjust. Microphone was very good. I would recommend to anyone who takes gaming serious

My son has used Astros for years. He still has the original set I bought him years ago. His Mixamp has never given out so I got this for myself. This mix amp's sound is better than the old one but the only feature I do not like is it stays on when connected. It does not have a power button. I still recommend it though. My kid leaves his old mix amp on all the time and his still works. He is a UMG player and plays strictly competitive so I can tell you that astro's will last.

This is the most comfortable headset I’ve ever worn. The sound quality with the mix amp is pretty good. My last headset was turtle beach X0 ones. Honestly for the price difference I’m not sure that these are worth it. They are good, don’t get me wrong. Just price wise it doesn’t make sense.

Been using an old set of Turtle Beach PX5s, and with the increase in wireless devices around, they were suffering from worse and worse interference. These have zero interference since they're wired, and I no longer have to burn through AA batteries. Sound quality / mic quality is superior. The mixamp Did need a firmware update right out of the box, but it's been spot on afterwards. A bit pricey, but they Seem to be quality/durable enough, and are easy to use.

Heaphone started great and sounds just as you would expect for price. I love the fact the the mic can be placed on either side with a swap of an ear cup cover and headpeice and earcup foam can be rplaced with ease as they are only held on with 8 strong magnets, 4 in earcops and 4 on the pad mount. The only problem i have with the headset is now after a month of use, i cannot use the Dolby Atmos feature for movies and certain games. A call to support has not resolved this issue still.

Best headset I’ve ever had. Gone through multiple brands such as hyperX, triton, and turtle beach and this is by far the best set I’ve had. I’ve had them for a little over 2 years and they’re still great and durable

I was using the Astro A10 and love them but decided to take it up a notch and get the top of the line Astros they are well worth the money and the Mixamp really adds another dimension in sound! The mic quality and sound quality are amazing. They are also super comfortable and can game for hours without any discomfort. If you are having a little trouble deciding because of the higher price it is definitely worth it.

This is the best gaming headset I have ever bought. During COD black ops cold war, I can hear where the other players are coming from. I'm able to be clearly heard in game, and on discord. I've used the headset 4 hours a day since I have bought it. There is not a better headset out there for long hours of gaming. The mixer is really helpful, and people are impressed with how clear I sound.

This is one of the best sounding, most comfortable gaming headset I’ve ever owned. This is my 2nd A40 headset only because the ones that I’ve had since 2014 had a broken head pad because I dropped them a few times and accidentally rip them to the floor off my head when I got the wire caught around my leg and tried to stand up. Other than my own clumsiness, they are very high quality and durable.

Absolutely love these! Been using them for over 6 months now. Went from from Xbox One X to my Series X with ease. I needed to have an optical cable to run it on the One X but with a firmware update you dont need that with the Series X anymore! Sound quality is awesome and the mix amp giving you the ability to mess with the in game chat/game audio it comes in handy when playing games like Warzone.
