Nice gift for a commuting student

This laptop is lightweight, yet study, and fits in a backpack. The price was relatively inexpensive. I got the extra protection plan in case it is dropped or something spills on it. My granddaughter loves it.

I bought it last week not expecting much but my kids use it for homework and their school games, Kindergarden, 3rd grade and 7th grade. very quick browsing, easy to download chrome browser and activate adobe - super light. Not much space but its not meant for engineering work 4GB RAM is plenty for browsing and Youtube video watching and school homework and bought it as open box (came as new) no complains so far, I wish they had more so I could have ordered one for each of the kids.

Great little computer

It is fairly fast and has taken the place of my iPad for my evening computer needs. I check email and watch YouTube videos on it for the most part. If the screen had better resolution and a backlite keyboard this thing would have 5 stars for sure.

Love this little computer

Small enough to fit in my lunch bucket and very light weight. All I do is check email and watch youtube for instructional material, so this is perfect. Installed an SD card and set up all downloads to go to the SD card as there is little internal memory. If Windows updates overwhelm the internal memory, I will convert to Linux instead of Windows. Great computer for the money; easier to type on than a tablet.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.little larger than a tablet, Not as Heavy as 15"+ ! pick up a flat mouse, Also a memory card (micro) 64-128 GB. I HAVE NOT YET SWITCHED OUT OF S- (safe mode) YET. Only reason I think I would is to add a good internet security program ( still out for decision will decide later.- If you switch you can not go back to SAFE Mode), I use OTHER Desktop for Bills ,etc.(Extra Security) This is a great little laptop, FOR A SECOND, SURF/ EMAIL/ LIGHT OFFICE & STORAGE!

Good for what I use it for

I would recommend it, but, don't install anything on the main drive, or you wont get any windows 10 updates to fit in it. I would recommend a 64gb eMMC anything before considering this model. RAM seems ok.
