Great laptop, super fast and easy to use. Picture is so clear.

I purchased this to replace a slower older chrome book. Im very happy with the features right out of the box. I love the touch screen feature as well as the fold over tablet feature. Id recommended this to anyone looking for an affordable chromebook/laptop/tablet.

The laptop was an affordable purchase and was as complicated to set up an android phone (it's all Chrome/Google based). It's the middle ground between using a typical PC and a smartphone. I love it

Well as other have noted Asus built this rugged and therefor a tad heavy but it is a great performer. Screen is good, keyboard and touchpad are first rate and I like that it has a dedicated HDMI port. The Chrome OS takes a bit to get used to after being on Windows forever, but, everything is there. The only negative so far is not being able to get my printer interfaced, but that's a problem with the OS not the machine. Oh, and I didn't get any special promotions for this review.

This is my first Chromebook, I love it. It's fast and efficient with no issues. Has all the options I need. I'm a Chromebook believer.

I returned a previous one that was lower memory And bought this one as an open box. I was a bit skeptical, buying one that was already used, but I have to say when I opened the box she would’ve never known it was perfect and so was the speed I would buy an open box again thank you Best Buy

I've had the Chromebook for about 3 weeks now - and so far so good! I swapped to this due to my laptop breaking and this being at such a great price. I was worried that it wouldn't do all the things my laptop did - but I use it as a social tool, searching and some shopping. It does everything I need it to. It is quick to respond and I love the back lit keyboard. I have had to get used to a couple of things - no delete button so I have to use alt/backspace, and no right-click - it's two fingers on the pad. But that's all. Would I recommend this - yes!

I really like this. I'm a first time user of chromebook. Wow! Thats all i can say! Its fast ,great color, the sound is awesome. I love that its Fast!

Look, the product itself has a great feel and look to it .. honestly, made me feel good just unwrapping it and handling it. Feels very solid and well constructed, which made me feel good about the purchase. The issue I had was with the actual OS. There were times the OS was quite slow and additionally there are more limitations than I had expected. I know its a Chromebook and not the same as Windows of course, but still, I found the differences and limitations to be too inconvenient, not allowing me to do things i needed to , even with Google Docs. Ultimately I returned the product.

It's a great computer for my daughter who just started college. She's really enjoying it so far. It's fast and has the memory she needs for school.

This is a great chrome book! it has touchscreen and very good quality and price. My daughter needed one for school and after looking this was a great find!

The computer work great and is fast. The only issue I have is that I can’t find an custom fitted case for it because the model is so new.
