Asus doesn't honor warranty, run away, shame on BB

IF THIS IS WHAT BEST BUY SELLS I WON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY. I bought this Chromebook and noticed one day about 4 months into ownership a rattling sound. Then it wouldn't turn on. It looked like a screw came loose and I guess shorted the motherboard. I sent it in for RMA warranty repair and they said it had been tampered with and wanted to charge more than I paid new for it to fix it. I hadn't tampered with it, I guess it is just a junk manufacturing process and junk product. Also super disappointed in Best Buy for having these. products. I should just buy from Amazon and let Best buy die off like circuit City and others. it was a great product until they decided to show that they don't care and won't honor their warranty.

Therefore I returned it. I actually never used it at all. It might be good. I can't rate battery speed or anything like that since I never used it.
