pretty good, I loved it, maybe I was the only one who didn't know but the chromebook only has chrome operating system, it doesn't have Windows, but if you want to play video games or something that needs Windows don't buy a Chromebook

The laptops I bought for my siblings last year have exceptional quality, and the screen never freezes. They are reliable and provide a smooth user experience, making them perfect for both engineering students and artists.

I purchased this xhromebook to replace an aging samsung chrome book. This is a great chromebook, I was hoping it would be a little smaller to travel with but it is what it is. Very well built and great battery life.

I don’t use the laptop as much because I purchased a gaming desktop; however, my niece loves it when she comes to stay at my house. It's nice to know that she cannot download anything that's not Microsoft based because of the safety feature.

This is the perfect solution to my computing needs. After several years of working with various desktop and laptop systems, I have found the Chromebook with the Google suite of apps the easiest to use. The backlit keyboard and touchscreen were two essential features for my purchase requirements. Love this.

Bought this for my college kid. It wasn't the cheapest on the market but it wasn't the most expensive. My goal was something that would run all the different programs she needs for school as well as have space for all her digital school books and notes. So far, this is meeting the needs my daughter has for school.

For the price, great laptop. Battery life is fantastic, the integration with google works great too if you have a pixel phone. Great choice for a college student, writer, casual computer user.

This chromebook is good if you do basic computer stuff like email, browsing the web and play android games on chromebook. I wish this laptop was lighter and had more ssd storage. ASUS is a expensive brand but you might find it with sales at BestBuy too often. I recommend this product.

I am happy w/my purchase and I have NEVER had an issue buying open box items. This is one of the new "Chromebook Plus" models and I like what makes it a "Plus". This is my first Ryzen process and I would never know the difference if it didn't have those AMD stickers.

UPS was the carrier selected to get the product to its destination. The only record provided by Best Buy was the order number. It was difficult to find a way to check on the delivery status, especially after we got caught in a scan. Product itself seems to meet the needs of the 6th grader for whom the purchase was made.

On sale a great buy!! I am very happy with my purchase and I researched a bit. $299. Stayed under my $300 limit for chromeback. Very sturdy. However if u are looking for something u need to carry with u all day, just know it weighs 4lbs. Fine on lap, but not known for being on the lite side.

The Asus 14" 2 in 1 Chromebook Plus is perfect for streaming, web browsing and android gaming. The Ryzen 3 Processor is snappy without lag or hiccups and the build quality for this Chromebook is pretty sturdy. The Display is also nice and bright. Two USB C ports is definitely a plus!

This is a perfect little computer for me. I only use it in the living room while watching TV. I'm lazy, and it saves me steps into the computer room. I've not have had any problems.

This is an OK Chromebook. Plastic construction. Not a very bright screen. My battery states that it is 86% healthy after just 50 cycles. That's pretty bad. The web cam is nice. The trackpad and keyboard are ok. Not the best Chromebook I have had.

Chromebook types easily, sets up like a breeze and the touchscreen is handy. Speedy and nice display. I'm still getting used to a Chromebook but they do seem to work smoothly. Picked up at the store after buying online at Best Buy. Easy process.

I like everything about this Chromebook, in except it’s a little heavy.

Got it for my wife as a work computer. Does everything she needs it to, lesson plans, email, but she also uses it around the house for watching shows and listening to music.
