Leaving only 19.7 GB for upur files. It is fine if you want to do this but it should be disclosed!

It lags/hesitates at times. There is TOO much bloatware and unnecessary programs with too much useless info. But the WORST thing was when I tried to update Windows to a newer suggested version I had no room to do so without deleting something else. And I have not downloaded anything of substance. Botom line: VERY Disappointed.
