We bought ths laptop for the attractive price and most reviews and it was satisfactory until a few days ago when it stopped charging and after the battery was exhausted would not take any power even ordered a new one and seems that all data was lost due to the disk is part of the mainboard which will not power on. Since we trusted asus did not get any additional coverage and will have to start calling the manufacturer hoping we have some vendor warranty. Laptop was setup for an elderly person and i will have to resolve issue fast to allow her access to email at least etc.

Very slow computer ! Was for my child for home schooling can’t multi task the mouse pad is strange and glitches . It takes forever to load . We need something better I know it’s cheap but I didn’t know 100$ worth meant nowadays

Super slow. 64GB hard drive was insufficient. Installed security software and the drive was almost used up and full. Ran even slower and almost non responsive. Going to return. Very disappointing.

Good for everyday scrolling, email shopping etc. It’s too slow to do much more than that.
