Not worth it.

Max is 4gb hardwired to the MB. windows 11 min requirements are 4gb. 2.5 GB just the os. If it had the option to upgrade the Ram then it would be worth it. Thankfully it had an extra SSD slot.

Possibly a Dud, but this thing is PAINFULLY SLOW

We went through the windows setup which took a little longer than expected. Once the computer was set up and updated, any little action took 20 to 30 seconds. Opening control panel for instance. Not sure if we just got a bad one but this is slower than the machine it was to replace. We were not expecting i7 speeds, but did expect it to perform reasonably for a student. The 10 key combination /trackpad is a great idea.

Avoid ASUS 14" FHD Laptop w/4GB memory

Geek squad informed me that 4GB memory was insufficient for making the changes and the laptop could no longer be used, 12 days after purchase. Fortunately Best Buy gave full refund:)
