The biggest drawback is it's slow SSD & storage capacity, but it's got an M.2 to upgrade ;) can be a little tricky to get the bios to boot from it though.... I thought I had everything all set for some reason the bios didn't detect it, but there has been a bio upgrade since and I think the issues resolved.....otherwise I recommend tweaking some default window 11 setting so that it runs more smoothly and edit the starup apps but overall it works and it's a great PC for Office & web browsing,YouTube and social media. I would not recommend for games or for content editing.

Granted I only use a couple sites that don’t take up too much RAM but that was my intention of buying this laptop on sale. If your needs are not too much then your criteria will be met for its price.

Last minute birthday gift

Party started at 7 pm and it was a hit. So simple , purchased online, drove to store when it was ready, waited in my car maybe 10 minutes not long at all. They brought it out to me. The only other thing would of been nice if they gift wrapped but that is not an offer lol.
