ASUS these computers ain't no good I got one and I don't like it I waited too late to send it back but things pop up on it and you don't even click on it and you can't never you can't get the website right. You get what you pay for.

ASUS warranty worthless, Best Buy does not care

Purchased the laptop in August 31, 2024. 6 months later tried to use it for ZOOM. Microphone does not work. The laptop is not under store warranty, but it is under ASUS warranty. ASUS tech support cannot fix it by phone. Their website sends to BestBuy for "warranty service". Best Buy refuses to provide any assistance for free.
So, the laptop is of no use for me, ASUS warranty does mean anything, Best Buy does not care.
One star is one too many for this laptop, ASUS and Best Buy.
