The biggest drawback is it's slow SSD & storage capacity, but it's got an M.2 to upgrade ;) can be a little tricky to get the bios to boot from it though.... I thought I had everything all set for some reason the bios didn't detect it, but there has been a bio upgrade since and I think the issues resolved.....otherwise I recommend tweaking some default window 11 setting so that it runs more smoothly and edit the starup apps but overall it works and it's a great PC for Office & web browsing,YouTube and social media. I would not recommend for games or for content editing.

Skip out on this computer and get a mackbook instead.
