Fast laptop does everything I ask of it and more. Use it primarily for my pictures and editing and works fantastic. Allows me to get my work done much faster.

After two years, the fans started getting really loud, as if they're loose. Besides that, it is a good laptop.

Traded another laptop for this one and my granddaughter is in heaven with it! Her games don't pixalate any more, it's fast and she adores the the keyboard.

Always liked Asus systems for fast action high gaming quality. With the updates received the system is always ready for newly developed games.

Loving the personal customizing with the RGB keyboard, sound balancing for music, and other stuff. It’s physical toughness is also handy. I had gotten it while there was a sale price, so it was definitely more than worth it. I’ve had it since near the beginning of November so let’s hope it keeps going strong!

Great machine. Asus is top noch in their products. You don't need that half eaten apple logo in your desk. This will outran it all

This is more than your typical entry level gaming laptop. It's pretty fast and no dead spots on the screen when it's at an angle.

Bought this open box item for working from home during the Covid 19 pandemic because it had good looking specs and I have not been disappointed. Nice snappy computer with good display and keyboard tactility. Starts quickly and battery last a decent time. Additionally, I was able to gain the benefit of a machine I could run some games and watch movies on. Very happy with my purchase and I couldn't tell from the initial set up that this was an open box item. Good job Asus and Best Buy.
