Family loving this. Fast and light. Haven't had any problems.

Not too much to complain about early on. We've had it for about a month now and it's working as expected; decently fast for basic usage, light weight, average battery. Software boots pretty quickly with the 128gb SSD, and 1TB of additional storage is nice as well.

I've had nothing but troubles with this laptop and I'm only using it for work; not even web surfing. I just need to be able to encrypt the device, use Bluetooth, and install a few pieces of software. I wasn't able to encrypt the device (I know Bitlocker isn't available on Win 10 Home but there should still be the standard device encryption avail and it wasn't on this machine). Bluetooth works sometimes and sometimes doesn't. At one point I lost all Bluetooth functionality for seemingly no reason whatsoever. The battery is pretty much useless; I may get 2-3 hours tops unplugged use out of the laptop. I'm really disappointed in Asus. I've had positive experiences with their products in the past but after this I'll be thinking twice.

This laptop gets mostly used for school for a college student and it runs fast does the job for that. The whole computer came in one piece and all ports seem to he working fine as well. Comes with a nice finger scanner for logins. Has a ssd and a hdd so I keep all my files or downloads in the hdd to not clutter up the ssd.

I have used this laptop for a couple months now and this laptop is user friendly and quick processing for multi-tasking. I bought this laptop as the pandemic came in to full effect and found it a DREAM to help me with my new online life teaching. I usually have multiple windows open during teaching and find very little lag, if any, to open links during live instruction. It also has a slim profile when closed and I appreciate the upgraded and less bulky charging cord. It was a great purchase. By the way, my 14 year old helped me select this computer, and we all know the younger gen of gamers knows loads more than their aging parents about tech tools. Point being, this laptop met all the latest standards for features, tools, and speed.

The processor on this ASUS is very fast, there is enough memory on the SSD for my programs and I love the 1 TB HD

I bought this to replace my old 6year old Dell Inspiron. It's much lighter and the fingerprint reader is a bonus. The number pad is slimmer than I'm used to but it's very easy to type on. The ErgoLift hinge doesn't do much so I'm still using a laptop tray for the proper typing angle.

This is a very good computer, especially for everything I want to do, way more than I need actually, but I wanted a laptop that would last me quite some time!! And I got it on sale(only the orange one, which is the one I wanted anyway)!!

I had this laptop for about 4 weeks. I have been looking for a great laptop top and finally found one but the laptop does fast. It will past at least 5 hours without charge and then dies. I'm not use to but I will say it's worth buying.

I bought this laptop for my son when he was attending school virtually. It's really a nice device. The color is nice, runs fast, and nice display. The price was fair too.

This laptop was exactly what my parents needed to surf the web, do online banking and work on an occasional documents. Great size and weight so they move it around where ever they want. Price was right too

Bought this for my wife so she could learn how to use a PC with the latest Win10 operating system. It boots fast with the SSD and has lots of storage on the secondary HDD. I have no complaints.

Been using this laptop for about 2 weeks now. Solid build and nice dense and heavy feeling. Not cheap and plastic. Speed and performance is excellent. Highly recommend this laptop.

I was looking for an all around computer to use for both the web as well as work. I needed something that was going to allow me to have the most and yet still not break the bank.

Love this computer...only complaint is the speakers-I have to turn it all the way to 100 to listen to it well.

Its fast and easy. I like it a lot its perfect. I have 4 kids so easy is best.

The ASUS Laptop is very easy to setup, it's pretty much "plug it in and turn it on ". light=weight and easy to move around from one place to another.

I bought this for my wife for a schoolwork replacement laptop. She cared about storage. I got her 1TB of storage plus 128GB of SSD for some excellent speed. I newer Ryzen 5 processor. She also wanted a "pretty" color. This blue/purple color is really pretty and changes depending on how much light is hitting it. The only negative I've seen so far is the Ryzen 5 (compared to my 10700K in my desktop computer) is not quite as snappy as I was expecting, though still far surpasses her ancient AMD processor.
