Simple yet effective laptop! Good for gaming, editing. Battery life is kind of sus, needs to be plugged in most of the time but still good.

Have used laptop for two months now. Speed is excellent great ability to multitask. Like the adjustability of backlit keyboard. Using the laptop for creating and editing digital files for my business.

This ROG is a great buy. Graphics are amazing plus the feel is good. There are 2 things that I didnt like. 1. fan is noisy and annoying, 2. Battery last only for 2 hours.

I really like this laptop. It is faster than my desktop set up. The only cons is that the GTX 1060 is only 3 GB and also the fans get pretty loud. Everything else is great.

Was looking for a good value gaming laptop for my kids. This one fit the bill. Both kids are on it continuously. They love the gaming and lightup keyboard in multi-color. Powerful laptop.

Caught this on Sale at Best Buy and was blown away by it's performance and price. I upgraded unit with 512G SSD and 1TB SSD plus maxed RAM to 32G. Blazing Fast! Highly Recommended Laptop.

Works awesome for the occasional game I play and for college classes. Only part I don't like is the lack of CD reader CD that was just a quick purchase to fix

This laptop is excellent, thin, and light weight . It has a 120Hz refresh rate for crisp gaming and movies.

I am a court reporter and needed something that could handle the input of my software with words coming in at 225-300 words per minute. I am not a gamer so could not speak to its capabilities there. I love the SSD speed and backlit keyboard. Those are probably the two best extra features for me that really make me love it. I frequently am on my computer 8-12 hrs a day, so have had plenty of time to play around with it. So far, I’m loving it.

love this computer, the features, the speed, the graphics, the sound card; I absolutely love this system and I haven't even exploited all of its features; I am learning something new every day and with each touch of the key pad; cannot wait to become proficient with this machine and all the capabilities it has; nothing else I have used comes close; great for school purposes as well; has not been a noise issue in the library or other quiet study areas, as long as no heavy gaming is taking place

This is my very first gaming computer I have ever bought and I’ve really enjoyed having this laptop. I have one complaint of the fans being very loud when I play games and the computer getting too hot. This forced me to have to buy a cooling pad but luckily they aren’t too expensive. Overall, the computer runs really well, has a great picture, good speakers, and a nice key board.

First off this is an amazingly fast laptop. It's very stylish, has the best gaming laptop screen in its class ($1000-1500) overall I'm very impressed. As expected this does get a little warm though. It's not a deal breaker and it's better then some but worse then other competitors

For a general user, this laptop is OK. I was really disappointed with the battery life of this unit. Was only getting MAYBE 2-3 hours with general use, no gaming. Also, didn't love the trackpad. The computer is fast, and the price point isn't bad based on specs but not worth it to me, will be returning for MSI or Alienware.

This isn’t your 6k Alienware computer. However imo can highly compete with any system currently “on the go.” The style, keyboard and even light affects make it just cozy to play at a local bookstore or on lunch break at work. Plus school lectures can get a bit boring... this bad boy can process it and handle any other multitasking job to “boot” (pun get it?)

Still like this computer, it is handling Photoshop and Lightroom with ease and starts faster than any other computer I have owned and I started with the first Mac and even the Commodore 64. The battery is only good for two hours but I did not buy it for battery life. I highly recommend this laptop because of the graphics card, speed, and its price.

So far I love this computer. It is sleek, thin, and pretty light. I love the soft feel on the inside of the computer, eventhough I know it gets scratched up easily. So far it has been prcessing and starting up insanely fast. I absolutely recommend the SSD addition on this laptop because it makes everything smooth. If you are on the fence about this laptop I would highly recommend it, it is more than capable of getting the job you need done and if you view walk throughs of this laptop you will not be disappointed.
