    Bought this so I could play with my husband. Graphics are pretty good but every once in a while,it would get stuck on the startup screen and I would have to force reset.

    and then it shuts down to prevent damage to laptop. Could not play Civ 6 on high settings without it shutting down within 2 hours. A cooling pad extended to 6 hours, but I had to return as a gaming laptop should not shutdown every two hours or less.
