Great computer, easy to use and fast enough to get things done. Fun to use The only thing I wish it did was be able to remove the screen like a surface pro.

Great little laptop for my 11 year old. It's touchscreen with is nice and the screen flips behind. No issues so far!

This is a great Chromebook, I got it on sale. Even though it is a gaming device, I am not using it for that purpose. I am using it mainly to watch YouTube music videos. The 15.6" screen is a good size to watch videos. The sound is wonderful, better than most of the computers I have owned. At 4.17 lbs, it is a bit heavy if you carry it anywhere. I usually leave mine in my room. All in all, I am enjoying this computer. It is sufficient for my needs. But remember, this is not a Windows computer. The operating system is Chrome OS. You can't install software or games on it. Gaming would be cloud based.

I'm not a gamer. So I just got this for me studying. It's great for me! Beautiful looking, Smooth moves, automatically wireless transferring files. Battery is last longer than my old Dell.

I honestly am extremely thrilled at being part of what gaming chromebooks can do now abd for the future. I am one to always give new things a try and this was my first gaming chromebook. It really has a lot of value packed in this one device. I pray the HOLY SPIRIT CONTINUES HELPING THEM IN PURSUIT OF SOME OF THE BEST LAPTOPS ALL AROUND. Terrifc device. Thank you for helping me get a hold of this purchase as it has all the potential to help do so much in the coming days and weeks and months and possibly years!

Good chromebook, but I prefer a taller screen ratio. A taller ratio helps more with documents and emails. This ratio would be better if you work in Google Sheets (spreadsheets) a lot.

It works for what I need it for. I used it for normal every task

Specs fit right for our 10yr old daughter. She wanted to game on a PC, and she loves it. I do not regret a thing!

I returned this Open Box item only because I didn't realize how big this one. I was only looking for a spare to play with. But hey this thing certainly allows you to use it as a full-fledged laptop if that is what you want. Played with it a little to get a good sense of it, if I wasn't a Microsoft Nut I may have thought about keeping this instead of getting a smaller and more cost effective device.

Been working great. A little big but great so far!

I’ve had a terrible experience. First got sent a faulty “excellent condition” refurbished Asus CX55 Chromebook. I exchanged that one after finding out I was sold a refurbished computer for a few dollars MORE than a new one. Don’t know how that’s possible but then after ordering and getting the nice surprise that I would only have to wait a few days to get the new one I find out the day before I’m supposed to get it that no Best Buy stores in my area have it in stock. Now being out of a work computer for days in being told it will be possibly 2 weeks and if they can’t find it the best “Best Buy” can do is give me a refund that will take days after processing and weeks of no computer. Fingers are crossed I even get a working computer out of this but if nothing is done to soften the blow on Best Buy’s part I will never be shopping with them again and I will be telling anyone I can to shop somewhere else at any cost.

I'm pleased with everything I've used on my laptop. I don't actually play games so I can't really offer insight on that, I knew cost seemed to be the only downside I've seen in reviews but it had everything I wanted and I'm happy with every aspect of my laptop.

I considered purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, but when I spotted a Chromebook at Best Buy, I ultimately chose it. I'm incredibly happy with my decision because of its versatile features and the option to use it as a tablet. Unlike my disappointing experience with a Lenovo tab Extreme this Chromebook meets all my needs. I'm thrilled about this investment!

Customer service listened to what my needs were in finding the right device. I feel he found a good match for me. I had a scheduled class to learn how to use my device. It turned out to be less than helpful.

Very good gaming laptop. I can play all games on it.
