No have camera this model, I don't know why because on the Asus web page the specs said have camera. I seen days later because I never used the camera on laptop. I buyed because look a gaming laptop and I need for graphic creator like Adobe Ilustrator, Photoshop. The Windows 10 system combine with the ASUS system app made the laptop so slowly. Example when you turn on the startup response are big time compare with the specs about processor i5 and memory ram 12 gb. If you disable like me the native Asus app the laptop respose a lot better. I buyed for $499, good price. The size of the screen are awesome and the brighter.

great laptop. i put a samsung 850 evo solid state drive in mine just to speed it up because the stock hard drive is the speed bottleneck. its faster then ill ever need and plays any game i want it to. only reason did not give 5 stars is no backlit keyboard. other then that its great and less then half price a macbook. i dual boot mine so i use mac os also. best of both worlds.

Very pleased with new laptop. Love screen size. Lighter weight than my comparable laptop. Only thing I would have liked to added was a backlight keyboard. Like the 10 key on side of keyboard. Very pleased.

I have 3 of these laptops now , 2 are gamers(older and still in use) . I bought this to watch tv on . I purchased this because the screen is big , it has a cd/dvd drive to watch movies on , and decent enough to play some games on . The price was excellent , and I have had good luck with asus . It is a little large to carry around, but parked next to my desktop , its perfect.

Asus makes a great family computer. The 17 inch monitor looks amazing and the speed is all you need for work or everyday use. The only thing I would prefer is a lower lying keyboard and back lit keys. But for the price and size you can't beat it.

Bought this PC for my daughter. Her old one didn't have dedicated graphics. This one is good for her every day needs, and also allows her to play many of the games she likes. For the price this was marked down to for green Monday $550 when it normally sells for $800, I could not find anything that came close to this deal.It has the Intel i5 chip, 12 gb of ram, NVIDIA GTX 950M Video card, and 1 tb hard drive. Have had it for a month with no problems yet.

Okay, I have been buying Toshiba Satellite laptops forever, and I NEVER thought I would change to anything else, but my last Satellite model left a lot to be desired with the graphics and keyboard and various sundry issues. When it was time to upgrade I decided to look for something with an NVIDIA card, instead of Intel, and this was one of the lower priced but well packed products that came up. The reviews seemed kind of sparse, but positive overall, so I decided to give ASUS a try. I'm very happy with my purchase, overall. The setup was very quick and easy, though before purchasing I read a review that said it took forever to update and set up, but I've had many laptops and this was really one of the quicker setups. I don't do a lot of heavy gaming, but I do tend to multitask, and always at least one of my tasks can be taxing on a graphics card, but this NVIDIA card holds up very nicely. I have been able to successfully run SecondLife while watching a YouTube video and chatting in three different messenger programs and messing around with GIMP at the same time. (No, I don't have ADHD, I just -- oh look, a flying pixel!) My only real complaint is with the built in speaker sound quality: it's not very robust and the volume tends to be very low, but that seems to be an issue with a lot of laptops. I would recommend using an external speaker or headphones. TLDR: Decent midrange laptop, probably wouldn't be the best for serious gamers but way more than enough for the average user. Also use headphones or an external speaker.

Good speed and great graphics runs games well. Good battery life . Very happy with purchase.

This is great laptop when it comes to everyday computer use, mid level gaming, and data heavy work. The screen is great, nice matte screen with sharp full hd resolution . Good amount of resources for the price. The bad. The computer is heavy, and the battery life is very lacking in durability.

This is a great computer for my needs. The only negative I have about this is that it wasn't touch screen but the speed, size, and memory make up for that well. That becomes more apparent with the price I was able to purchase this system for which was the other attractive factor for me.

The laptop is a great buy for the price. The i5 combined with the Geforce 950 and 12 GB of memory is a GREAT solution for almost any computing need!

Fast Laptop with a Nvidia 950M graphic Card. i5 Core is great. Not as nice as i7 but the price jump is about $200. Nvidia 950M is a big step up from the 940 and better than AMD. All of this for under $550 is amazing.

12GB Ram, 6th gen i-5 Core, Nvidia 950M Graphic Card for under $600 is amazing. For the Price it came down to an Acer with 8GB & Nvidia 940M. Asus makes great gaming laptops (Republic of Gamers $ ROG).

This laptop is very good. I do wish it had a keyboard light but its ok the performance of this laptop for tgw price is perfect

I bought this computer due to the age of my previous HP Probook and have not been disappointed. Speed is great and once I got use to the Windows 10 it is very user friendly.

Super powerful. Handles the games I play with ease. Quick boot up and great with wifi.

Laptop easily supports 3 monitors and performs at a good speed. Good amount of RAM and hard drive space.

Everything about this laptop is great but the hard drive, it's a slow 5400 rpm drive. I bought a 525gb ssd and now it boots to Windows in under 6 seconds. I only tried one game, 7dtd, and it runs on max settings at 44 fps. If you want to clone the hard drive onto a ssd, you'll need a Sata to USB adapter since there's no extra drive bay.

This is a great computer except it has a very tiny number pad and the fans are a bit loud.
